But what is not fine is the lack of help in setting it up. Someone is assuming that everything will be obvious to a new user. This is false and unacceptable.

Cannon user to HP user for ever!

Best thing is printer will let HP know when I need ink & ships to me. It also calculates how many pages are my average & adjusts shipping frequency. So happy I finally ditched my Cannon!!!

Printer setup not too stressful

It took a couple tries to connect the pc to the printer but it was accomplished in an afternoon. So far so good. Couldn’t figure out how to fix when “offline”. It must have reconnected on its own.
