Worst HP Printer I’ve Ever Owned

It’s set up as wireless so two of us can use it, but sometimes the wireless goes out for no reason, documents sent don’t show up in the queue, it’s starting to jam more, and now I’ve got a message light (I) that is on for no reason. When I tried to get in-person help from HP, my warranty has expired, so all I can use is virtual assistant which hasn’t worked. I’m done. Getting a new printer next week.

Nice and slim design, so it's fits nicely in any space.

installation issues

Chris Saunders is an excellent "Geek". He has been a big help... What was supposed to be 'easy' was complicated... I couldn't connect my printer to my computer; Chris found the problem and got it up and running.... My internet security was blocking the installation process...

print jobs lose pages from docs; Win10 complains

All the test prints came out fine, but when I go to print multi-page docs, not all pages come out. (I'm 3 for 3 on this.) Windows tells me the printer has an issue, but the printer indicates no problems. I'll try a few more docs, but I'm about ready to return it. Might be time to go back to Epson after many years.... Bill H & Dave P are dead.
