HP Envy 6455 Printer

The setup can be troublesome, so I'm happy I had a TotalTech membership. A capable Geek Squad person came to the house and set up the printer for me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase so far.

Good printer, No to instant ink

I dont recommend. It came in handy when i was a college student and printed a lot but now that i graduated, they didnt want to cancel the subscription and also try to continue charging me. The printer is almost useless without it because i cant seem to figure out how to get it to work with regular ink cartridges. Its just weird to me.

Easy to set up using the App. Have yet to try using this with a direct connect USB. Quality of the printer is fine. I did buy extra cartridges as I heard they were harder to find. I doubt I would use this if printing large volumes of material but for our purposes it has worked well so far.

Very slow response time after Print is clicked. Decent quality print once it gets going.

Opinion on the HP Envy 6455e printer.

This is not the best HP product as I had owned a HP printer that used 62XL cartridges for 6 years and the ink lasted for 6 months.

Does it’s job admirably

I want an auto two-sided, color, ink jet, printer/scanner with WiFi for my home use. I keep my eye on Best Buy ads so I went over to check them out. I found this HP Envy 6455e filled my needs nicely and was on sale too. It was easy to set up and put into service and has worked well for my needs.
