Great Asset!

But it has became a great asset to out home. It is great for simple here and there items. I love the ability to be able to print from my cell phone. It has a lot of great features for a great price!

It wasn’t very difficult to set up and I like that it includes an app now so that’s more flexible. It’s not too heavy or bulky so that’s also a plus. I’m overall very happy with my product!

Great printer for printing stickers!

However, my only complaint is the use of the HP SmartApp. You have to use this to use the printer and the application isn’t the most user friendly in my opinion. I’ve figured it out because I’m proficient with technology (generally), but there’s so many steps to reach a goal with this app.

Everything works and is very easy to operate. The only negative I have is that it has buttons that light up for copy and such and they are not labeled you have to remember what they each are. Currently I’m being told the ink that came with printer is not the correct ink! The HP instant ink “assistant” said that often happens so he sold me a subscription to the HP+ service! Hoping to love it soon!
