Overall good but top feeder for two-sided copies is a little temperamental. Jams when not handled carefully, including too much paper at any inputs. Produces good clean printouts, copies [if you can avoid jams on 2-sided with top feeder], and scans. I don't need quick and this isn't, especially. Setup and getting online with the wifi capacity was smooth.

we hadn't owned a printer in over 10years. Man, printer technology has come a long way. Instant ink is such a game changer for as little as $2.50 a month. I used to hate having to buy multiple cartridge's back in the day. Your printer will signal instant ink and then it will be shipped to you!

Good printer. Not an easy plug-n-play setup. Took a few attempts at installation. But works fine once completed.

Needed a wireless printer for second home office. So far it works very well. On a few occasions it has fed out a few blank pages prior to printing, might be user error? (Reason for 4 star review) Set up is done mostly via apps that must be downloaded to phone. Mostly used for labels and Word documents, we've only used the black ink so far. Nice and clean.

Love the printer but the software not so much. Took 4 hours with tech support to get the software to recognize the printer.

I think that the hp envy is the most prominent printing machine. With it all in one capability makes it possible to create , combine and complete different task. I highly recommend the Envy printer

This printer is smaller than the one I had which was an 8610. Its compact and saves space and the print quality is great. As I get older and retired I don't have to print as much so this one is great for me.

Great replacement for another well worn HP ink jet printer. Do not let the lack of a screen to operate the printer.

My Envy 4520 died & I thought this would be a reasonable replacement. Lots of bells & whistles, but I lost my scan function. Printing is frequently slow & sporadic, with long pauses between lines. And of course, it takes a different cartridge, so I wasted $80 on cartridges I had just purchased for the other printer. Overall, a disappointment from a respected company.

This is the upgraded model of my old machine and the new options are great. Had a little trouble setting it up

Not too hard to set up. It did take a few tries to get the different devices to print to it.

Had to replace the printer my wife uses. BEST BUY associate recommended this model. Has provided reliable service

I purchased another brand and brought it back but my HP was easy to install, which I had purchase it first and it ink is not expensive as the first printer I purchased. The quality of the print is perfect. And i jointed the club which I get Ink when I need it delivery to the house. Love it.

This printer is a little slower than I have experienced with other Hp printers! Other than that it works great!

This is easy to use and understand. Great quality printing. Sign up for the ink plan and the printer tells them when to send ink. Never run out of ink again. Plus you get 2 months free. Plans start at $2.99.

Rec'd overnight and works as expected. Comes with ink so haven't set up instant ink yet but may do so in the future.

Decent printer, but could use a little more user-friendly functions.
