I bought this printer to replace an HPEnvy 4500 that had worked beautifully for years but had come to the end of its life. I expected the same reliability from this model. I don't need a high end printer so this model fits my needs. Set up was easy but initially it off and on give an error message that it couldn't fine the wi-fi. Somehow I was able to overcome that issue; however, now it will work fine and then when trying to print it will state the printer is not available or not connected. The "fix" from HP is to use the power button to turn off then turn on. But 90% of the time the power button does nothing and I end up unplugging the power cord. Upon inserting the power cord the printer will work just fine for perhaps several days, then out of the blue it will malfunction. I bought the insurance package but just haven't used it as yet.

I did have a problem with one unit going out often. But Best buy replaced it immediately, It was painless,

I purchased this printer for my classroom. I have to unplug and replug it several times per day to get it to print. It loves remaining in an offline status. Yes, it is set as the default printer on my computer. The only silver lining is the automatic ink shipping.

I've had the printer for about a month and it works well so far. Print quality is good. It's a little weird getting used to the minimalist controls on the printer itself and setting up the wifi was a little fussy but once I got the app installed and the printer set up it works pretty seamlessly.

Good little printer. Really drinks the ink. But it’s pretty cool not to many buttons to jack with.

Just needed a dependable wireless printer for my home office. This has worked out great. Easy setup and fast print speeds for an inkjet printer.

Terrible. Keeps losing connectivity. Eats paper when fed through feeder. HP tech told me I had worms in my PC but they could fix it for $199! Second try didn’t work either. Third try - under warranty HP will only replace with a refurbished unit. But first we have to troubleshoot again. Sorry, it’s disconnected and in my car. Bad luck, can’t help you.

Printer does print as expected for the price. Way too difficult for set up.

Great little printer. I wanted one that would print, copy and do two-sided printing. So far, this printer meets my expectations.

This is my first HP printer which I have used now for the last 10 days. I needed a new wireless printer to replace a 14 month old deceased Canon printer. The setup was very easy using the installed app on my Pixel smartphone. It quickly connected to my Netgear mesh network. I then setup printing capabilities on my PC and laptop both with windows 10. I then printed test pages from all my devices without a hitch. I joined HP's ink replacement program because it seemed economical. I also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Best Buy given that most printer companies consider their printers "throw-aways" . It's a bit noisy but it looks cool.

Beautiful design, very functional, prints and scans both sides with handy auto-feeder, good quality printing,... The perfect multifunctional for your home office and very affordable.

Aesthetically awesome, decent printing speed, a little louder than I desire and constantly disconnects from wi-fi (could be my wi-fi signal, but my other devices don't have this problem). As advised, not great for high volume printing (more 300 pp/mo.). Would be great for a student and family printer with low to medium use.

Had to order printer due to low stock. Received it on time. Seems to work well. Had difficulty at first with paper jams, but cleared up. It is easy to use. Like setup.

Simple printer - silent, prints fast, HP ink service 2 months included, and has a scanner. Pretty and simple white color great for any office. Easily connects to devices as well.

I like the printer when it works but it seems like it's always got little attitude. Paper jams often or the ink cartridges are kind of sensitive and it causes an error. Overall good but when it's bad it's so frustrating!

The service is always great. The sales staff knows what they’re doing. I’ll always shop at Best Buy. Best Buy’s service is Great.

This is the second printer I ordered. The first one never arrived. This one was recommended by customer service. I wanted one with a smaller footprint but this one does the job without being too bulky. So far I have only used it for work and school. I can’t wait to try it out for my cricut projects.
