It works great but when I purchased it it says 3 months free ink and I'm getting charged for it

It took me awhile to connect it to my computer, but I finally did it. I never had a smart printer so it was a challenge, but all and all, I’m happy with it.

Just needed a dependable wireless printer for my home office. This has worked out great. Easy setup and fast print speeds for an inkjet printer.

This is my first HP printer which I have used now for the last 10 days. I needed a new wireless printer to replace a 14 month old deceased Canon printer. The setup was very easy using the installed app on my Pixel smartphone. It quickly connected to my Netgear mesh network. I then setup printing capabilities on my PC and laptop both with windows 10. I then printed test pages from all my devices without a hitch. I joined HP's ink replacement program because it seemed economical. I also purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Best Buy given that most printer companies consider their printers "throw-aways" . It's a bit noisy but it looks cool.

Bought this to replace my old one. I'd definitely buy another one. Wi-fi app easy to install and use.

Had to order printer due to low stock. Received it on time. Seems to work well. Had difficulty at first with paper jams, but cleared up. It is easy to use. Like setup.

I did have a problem with one unit going out often. But Best buy replaced it immediately, It was painless,

Simple printer - silent, prints fast, HP ink service 2 months included, and has a scanner. Pretty and simple white color great for any office. Easily connects to devices as well.

Aesthetically awesome, decent printing speed, a little louder than I desire and constantly disconnects from wi-fi (could be my wi-fi signal, but my other devices don't have this problem). As advised, not great for high volume printing (more 300 pp/mo.). Would be great for a student and family printer with low to medium use.

This is the second printer I ordered. The first one never arrived. This one was recommended by customer service. I wanted one with a smaller footprint but this one does the job without being too bulky. So far I have only used it for work and school. I can’t wait to try it out for my cricut projects.

Great little printer. I wanted one that would print, copy and do two-sided printing. So far, this printer meets my expectations.

Neat prints Easy to assemble Fast enough for my needs

Terrible. Keeps losing connectivity. Eats paper when fed through feeder. HP tech told me I had worms in my PC but they could fix it for $199! Second try didn’t work either. Third try - under warranty HP will only replace with a refurbished unit. But first we have to troubleshoot again. Sorry, it’s disconnected and in my car. Bad luck, can’t help you.
