Open box items not worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as open box which was listed in Excellent Condition. I found out later it was a store display unit and the battery does not last for more than an hour after a full charge.

Buyer Beware
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this product. My 1 year warranty expired 6 days ago and the right corner of the screen by the hinge just popped off. Really disappointed with no recourse.

Best laptop I've ever owned!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OMG, do I love this laptop! I've always bought cheap laptops on the theory that I might lose or break them while dragging them around and that I'd spend most of my time using my desktop, but an astonishing Best Buy open box price tempted me. It's so fine, I didn't even mind that the reason it was stuck in an open box was the touchscreen didn't function. The Geek Squad replaced the screen in just a few days and I can't let it out of my hands now. It's tragic that HP doesn't offer this model with the OLED screen anymore, because the picture's fantastic, as is the illuminated keyboard.

Laptop Review 1.5 Year Ownership
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this laptop now for over a year and I am still happy with it. Decent price for what is it, I really wanted something lightweight to carry around college and this is definitely light. Looking back I may have gone for a bigger model but that was just for my own comfort while typing. The size does work really well however for college desk sizes. Battery life is not amazing. A full battery will last me a couple hours of constant use, but charges fast too.

Nice size laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic laptop that fits nicely into a purse compartment. I initially bought it foe myself, but my 14 year old now uses it. He finds all the applications useful and there is ease of use. It has not yet needed any repairs, which is a win.

Hinge and Heating Woes
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Envy 360 laptop certainly has its strengths. Its vibrant colors and user-friendly design make it an attractive option for many. It's impressively lightweight, which adds to its portability. However, there are some significant drawbacks to consider - its tendency to heat up quickly and the easily breakable hinges. In my case, the hinges broke just after one year when the warranty had expired. Unfortunately, resolving this issue was a frustrating experience. Best Buy customer service informed me that repairing the hinges would cost more than $300, which is a substantial disappointing expense! Apart from these concerns, my laptop had no other issues during its lifespan. However, the hinge and heating problems are critical factors to consider when evaluating the HP Envy 360.

Great laptop for the price .
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This screen has better colors and looks than a mac book pro 10000 led, minus the 120 hz. The speed is great for any business related activities. Add in shadow pc, and you have your self a oled laptop with a 2070 for half the price. Built just as good as the mac book pro also, and has a touch screen that you can flip around to a tablet. After updates battery life is fine 4 hours running shadow pc, and 6 to 10 for video and business stuff. Over al great laptop for the price, this with out a oled though would not be worth the price. More like 500.

Perfect Laptop, Very Little to Complain About!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop during the early Black Friday sale. I was amazed at the discount on it and couldn't resist buying a premium device for a lot cheaper than it actually is. So far, I haven't had any issues or setbacks. The processor is speedy and fast...I mean, super-fast! Setup took less than 10 mins (with updates, etc). Bootup time is less than 30 seconds, if that. Speakers work very well. Sound sounds crisp and clear. The display is beautiful and gets very bright. The touchscreen is very nice and very responsive. The mousepad is quick and efficient. The fingerprint sensor is a nice touch and works accurately most of the time. Sometimes you have to be very specific with your finger angle. I only have three gripes about this laptop, and it doesn't take away from my 5-star review... -The keyboard lighting. Because of the silver of the keyboard, it makes it hard to properly see the keyboard. I actually see the keyboard a lot better WITHOUT the backlight on. Not sure why HP didn't go with a different color for the backlight. -While the fingerprint sensor is nice, considering this is a Win 11 laptop with very high-end specs, I was very disappointed that HP went with a camera that isn't Windows Hello compatible. However, this isn't enough to make me take away a star. -Lastly, I am sad that this laptop only has one USB-C port. Since USB-C is becoming pretty standard these days, it would have been nice to see more than one USB-C port, but it is what it is. All in all, I think this would be the perfect laptop for anyone. I highly recommend! I also recommend purchasing (as I did) one of the protection plans, as you never know what can happen with technology.

Great Purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this computer for more then a year now. I have not had any types of issues using it especially thanks to the huge amount of storage this computer offers. Surprisingly this computer runs video game very well even though it is not meant for video games, it is more of a working laptop, opening websites never takes longer then a second. Everything i open runs fast and the battery percentage is just what I expected.

A good sturdy little laptop with long battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good, sturdy compact and lightweight laptop that is well made for desktop, laptop, or portable use. THIS IS SMALLER THAN MOST MODELS, SO I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE STORE TO SEE IF YOU ARE HAPPPY WITH A LAPTOP THIS SIZE. If you use this for extended desktop use, consider getting a monitor, HDMI cable, a USB to HDMI adapter, and a wireless mouse. The smaller size and weight comes with a battery that will give you enough juice to last through an average workday, a long airplane ride, or an evening of laptop use without being tethered to a power cord. There is a slot for a micro SD card, and you should buy a micro SD card that matches the capacity of the SSD drive - it will be a good local backup in addition to the backup you should set up using Microsoft OneDrive. The laptop was ready for pickup quickly, and the people at the store were helpful and friendly. The packaging and laptop were in excellent condition and setup was very easy without any surprises. The screen contrast is very good and the colors really pop, especially on a dark background. The touch screen responds well to a stylus or finger tap, but I recommend getting a stylus. One of those pens with a rubber stylus tip will work for most cases except fine drawing. I suggest accepting Windows 11 from the start when activating the laptop. Get TotalTech, which will generally get you a discount, and will include webroot, so you can remove all the McAfee software that is preloaded. Be sure you have a microsoft account, which will make it much easier to install office365, and use onedrive skype, and anything else in the microsoft ecosystem.

Great School Computer
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got 2 of these laptops at the beginning of the school year for my middle schoolers. They have enough processing power to play Minecraft and Roblox. They can run audio and art editing software, but really bog down with video editing stuff. The touch screens work OK with digital pens, def not as good as a dedicated tablet. Overall, my kids are satisfied and these did not break the bank. 10 outta 10.

Durable device
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop was purchased for graduate school. It is sleek, light, and durable. The battery life runs down more quickly now but that's only because it is being used for hours every single day, so it makes sense. The laptop does emit noise when numerous apps are open, however, that is to be expected.

Good product
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a good price, love the size. Processor is fast. Touchscreen is responsive. The pictures and sound are very clear I don’t like that it has Only 1 USB port. The lightening on the Silver keyboard would’ve been better if it was a different color,
