Super happy with purchase. I bought this computer for my dad who is 80. The keyboard function is amazing. The OLED screen is to die for. With windows 11, the computer is fast. The computer is solid with an aluminum case. The keyboard back lighting is not the best. It's bright, but the silver keys and the light, the key numbers and letters get washed out. I have no complaints and I would by this computer again if I needed another one. The 13" screen is super clear and bright. The 8gb of ram are not an issue with windows 11, if you are doing basic email, web surfing and other light tasks. It is a great computer for the office, especially when you couple it with a USB C docking station.

Terrible build quality - the hinge broke right at 1 year even though it was used maybe 2-3x a week. Trash product from a company now known to only provide that kind of product. Just google HP hinge problems and you'll see. Their support is trash too. Overall $600 down the drain.

This one replaced a very similar HP i5 unit that was plagued with issues within the first couple of weeks. The display is excellent on this one, especially compared to the other unit. Everything has worked well with this unit, though do wish the memory was expandable (8gb is a little tight). Battery life is good, generally going about 6 hours from a full charge. The i7 is quick (as expected) as is the SSD. I would puchase again when on sale.

Hp envy 360 2 in 1 laptop with EVO i7 processer 8gb, 512 gb, all the good stuff in a light easy package 2 mo after manufacturers warrantee ran out the right hinge broke, pulled out of screen. A defect has been exposed, all 360 laptops have this problem break even faster but I barely used this laptop, never ever turning screen like a tablet to 360, so it took a short 14 mo to breakout of screen, laptop works perfect , cant close screen anymore sits open hoping wont crack the screen while using this was a major purchase for me and cant afford to fix or replace. manufacturer not taking resposibility for bad desighn, wanted $600 to replace screen. HP IS putting hinge screws into glue in chassiss screan cover instead of plastic screen cover, when Glue deteriorates and breaks in 12 mo, many unhappy HP Customers using laptops that won't close anymore without damage to screen. I personally Will never by HP computers Again. Very unhappy hp laptop owner stuck with broken laptop !

The laptop is excellent. The Geek squad needs to do a better job. The laptop is mine and the data on the old laptop was under my name as a sub directory. They put it on the new laptop under my hisbands name who has the account. We have our own personal cloud in our house. My data could not be copied because the cloud already had his name from his computer. I could bot change the profile name to mine. Had to bring it back twice to fix everything. If we had 3 children and they all had new computers all their data would be under my husbands name so we would have 5 computers with data profiles with my husbands name? Unacceptable. They need to either see where they copy data from and recreate it or ask.

Display is very nice with oled panel. With i7 eco it performs well for my use case. Small and light and its very portable. Touch screen and 360 rotation adds up to it. Nice big keyboard and backlighted keys elivates the user experience. Trackpad and speakers could have been improved. Battery life is good but varies based on the usage. Comes with all the necessary ports too. Overall good value for the money.
