    My wife has been putting off purchase of a new light-weight laptop to replace her 8-year-old boat anchor. We shopped a local BestBuy store and found this gem. It's light weight. Screen resolution is great and set up was a breeze. Absolutely no issues. I have a HP Spectre laptop bought in 2015 and am tempted to revisit the store and see what might come close to the specifications of the unit I'm using. HP customer service has been great.

    Beautiful machine. I've just started to discover it and I'm enjoying every minute. I've never had a laptop this expensive before, but I decided to treat myself after quarantining for an entire year. Best part was the price, since I got three hundred dollars off by taking the best grade of reconditioned (geek squad). I can recommend this as a good buying experience. Absolutely looks like brand new, right out of the box.

    I purchased $ laptop on Black Friday 2020 for $750.00. I was blown away by the price for 11th gen i7, 512 SSD, Thunderbolt 4, etc. I was OK with only 8 GB of non-upgradeable RAM. Incredible specs for an incredible price. The catch: the viewing angle on the display is atrocious (with the privacy screen turned off). Also, I thought that other reviewers were exaggerating about the fan noise, but they were not. It is SO loud. I'm assuming that an i7 in such a small enclosure necessitates a strong fan. If you're looking for a laptop with great specs (except RAM) and can deal with the noise then this is for you. I was not for me. I returned it.

    I love it so far. I originally got it for school, and this one has went beyond my expectations. Plus, I'm a big fan of the HP brand. Just make sure you get the McAfee visual protection plan to protect it and you'll be good. The only thing I thought was a bit strange was that you're required to buy the Microsfot Word, PowerPoint, etc. But I guess that's pretty normal? Other than that, it's an awesome product.
