Got this for my wife because her older laptop quit working. It was a little smaller than I expected probably because her last one was so big. It was really easy to set up for her and connect to our desktop. The touch screen is a nice touch. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a upgrade

I needed a nice new laptop mainly for tuning car audio. This was perfect. I was coming from an older and larger gaming laptop that was a little too big for my purpose and had terrible battery life. This envy has fantastic battery life. Its super fast and I love the convertible touch screen

Camera does not work with Windows Hello (not an IR camera). Fingerprint scanner is a bit touchy. Got to get use to the touchpad because its executes just by hovering. I'll get a mouse. Microsoft to much in the setup trying to link all devices. But overall excellent machine so far.

This laptop is small and lightweight but does big things! It is easy to get started and I live the touchscreen and the fact that I can bend the keyboard all the way back and use it like a tablet. The speakers are enough for the laptop and the functionality of this laptop is perfect!

Only benefit is that is small and portable. Has cooling problems and is overpriced, would not buy again.

It is just what I needed to teach from home, and also work in some projects on the side!
I definitely enjoy the HP brand, and have stuck with HP laptops for years! I would recommend this 2-1 to anyone looking for a new lift weight lap top with touch screen!
I love it!

Perfect for students! The touchscreen is great for writing and drawing notes in class. It has a keyboard with 3 lighting options. There is also a camera shutter button and microphone mute button which is great for zoom classes. Love this laptop!

As a replacement of another brand, I bought this HP Envy x 360 from among the "open-box" PCs. My "new" HP, thus, only has an 8 month warranty (of the full 12 mo.)
I can only guess but the temporary owner must have changed a few things. One is this: Microsoft's built-in S-mode. IF it is running then MS only runs apps from the Microsoft Store.
"S-Mode" can be disabled (in win10 & 11) with simple searches.
My open-box prior owner must have disabled the X-mode. How do/did I know? NONE of the disabling directions had any effect on my attempts to disable S-mode.
Instead, I only had to add a non-MS-Store app. If it ran, then S-Mode was gone; otherwise disable S-mode.
That is as close as I can get to a complaint (that & the abbreviated warranty.) However, I'd still prefer my usual, 2.2 pound ASUSs.

This laptop is very nice. The aluminum case gives it a very nice premium feel while still being small and light.
Performance wise, I have not had any issues as far as speeds or failures. I will say the fingerprint scanner is very finicky and usually doesn't work on the first try for me. Still nice to have one I guess.
The screen gets nice and bright and is very sharp to my eyes.
The keyboard is also very nice and tactile. No issues besides I think the power button should have been placed all the way to the right instead of the delete button. Just a small grip.
Other than the couple minor grips, I think this laptop is fantastic for light work, such as school work which is what I use it for. Although its the new fancy iris graphics, your certainly not going to be able to play any AAA games on this laptop.

Been using it for a month and so far,
Built:
Very light, above average material quality, nice design
Screen:
Color accuracy is good, very slim bezels, tried it in different light settings and it does get a bit dim from some angles but barely noticeable
Tablet mode is better than expected, screen size and sensitivity is suitable and the hing seem solid
Input:
Touch pad is good for such a small laptop and the keyboard is one of the best i tried,
Output:
Sound gets a bit mottled in laptop mode but still decent
Performance:
Is very good for the average user, as for gamers and heavy lifters there isn't enough ram.
That said, if you are an OCCASIONAL gamer i tried some heavy games on medium graphics with no lag and good graphics but the laptop obviously will get HOT
Overall:
Its a very good machine for the price, HP could've made it GREAT if they wanted but they obviously DIDN'T

I needed an update to replace my old HP Spectre, and this is doing the trick! I was hesitant to "downgrade" to the Envy series, but this computer is a lot faster than my other computer ever was! I've only had this for one week, but I haven't had any issues.

They were helpful in getting me a computer with the most bang for the buck. I like the computer, I do wish the keys would stay lit a of the time and that the battery life was as good as claimed.

The laptop has brilliant Screen, good sized keyboard, great processor, decent Storage. Would have rated Excellent if there was an option for 16GB RAM, as 8 Gigs falls short when running Photoshop..

Great laptop, perfect for my daughter's school needs. Pretty color, and nice size too. Would be 5 stars if it came with 16GB, since it's only 8GB we already have to install more memory.

Works great but I wish the battery lasted longer. The smaller size is more mobile but my fingers keep hitting the touch screen when using numbers. Trying to just lean screen back more.

I spent a few weeks contemplating whether or not I wanted an iPad pro, or a convertible replacement for my HP Envy I bought in 2016. This beauty is sleek, the sound is great. I love its only 2lbs. It has twice the space of my brand new HP desktop. I was worried about the memory. I haven't had any issues so far. I purchased this mainly to use in bed or lounging on the couch. I am so happy with it. If you want a small little powerhouse that can be folded down like a tablet, this is the one for you.

This laptop is the best! My old laptop was glitchy and slow and this one is so fast. It literally takes like 10 seconds to download different software. I also love the speakers on it, they're so loud.
