After I did my due diligence gathering information I definitely bought a winner! The HP Envy, is fast, light, thin, and sexy. I absolutely love the fingerprint sign in function. Best buy did great, with excellent customer service in store when I was there. I even talked to the HP rep, who, was very friendly and informative as well. The wait was horrid. Delivery got pushed out, and the ups guy DELIVERED IT ACROSS THE ROAD! I wouldn’t have cared too much, but I recently injured myself and mobility isn’t a strong suit of mine atm... ANDD it was delivered in a large OPENES box, and the laptop case was damaged. Regardless, it works fine, thankfully. Best Buy- 1 UPS- HARD FAIL

It works ok and the battery life is decent. However, it overheats and lags when editing or multitasking.

LOVE this laptop! I now have a newer model since after several years I had to replace mine and this one wasn’t available at the time. But this will forever be my favorite! It’s fast, touchscreen, keyboard lights up, AND there is a keypad, something not many laptops have nowadays. I very much miss this laptop!

I upgraded to this laptop from a 2016 17" Lenova Idea Pad. Here are a list of pros and cons from my first 4 months of us. Pros: The start up of this laptop is quick and pretty seemless. I like the weight (not as light as surface of course but lighter than my previous laptop). This laptop has a keypad which is nice if you work with a lot of numbers and it has illuminated keys which is helpful if you are in a low lit room and do not want to bother anyone by turning on lights. Cons: -Out of the box, I could not get the blue light filter to work. I use the filter on my phone throughout the day, and since I use my laptop often, I also wanted to use its blue light filter. I was told I needed to leave the laptop for a few days for best buy to fix it (I still haven't done this due to procrastination) -The battery life does not meet expectations. If I leave my laptop on but closed for several hours the battery significantly decreases. After a day or two the battery is completely drained and the laptop wont start. This was not an issue with my previous laptop, but it may also be user error. Maybe I can fix this with changes to the background program settings. -It takes longer than expected to connect to wifi, including ones it remembers

I was looking for a laptop under the price of $1,000 that was powerful enough to run most PC games and a touch screen to make life easier with editing documents and internet browsing! So I went in to Best Buy looking for a new computer. I spent a few hours there looking at tons and tons of computers then an employee suggested this computer to me and I was so impressed! Thanks Best Buy for great service! :)

I purchased this back at the end of 2019. I typically don't shut it off and use it continuously. In the last few weeks it is suddenly over heating and shutting off. I just purchase an external cooling fan unit which seem to have helped in the last 24 hours. Over all I am very happy with this tablet unit. I use it primary to suffer but do play some games like Star Wars Battlefront II and Empire at war. Both are older games but it works great on STEAM.

went into store could not get it so I had to order, but it was worth its fast efficient and i love the touch screen laptop is light and the battery does last i would recommend

I went to the store and was looking around. Greeted by the computer guru he listened to my needs and wants and thought about it for a minute. He didn’t take me all over trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store but rather he took me directly to this unit. On sale it was a no brainer. Got it home and it was way more than I expected for the price. Fast as lightning and simple to use. I would buy this unit even at full price.

This laptop is very sleek and thin. The Ryzen 7 is super powerful and works flawlessly with Adobe Premiere. I wanted so much to love it. However, it kept freezing during animations with PowerPoint presentations. I think 16gb of memory would compliment this best. The salesperson talked me into this but unfortunately it wasn’t able to handle all of my professional needs.

Bought this PC to replace a finnicky Windows 8.1 HP envy M4 under a time constraint, I was delighted by the quick attentive service at my local Best Buy outlet. After selecting this machine on the Best Buy web page, I was further delighted that the outlet stock matched what was being advertised online. Best Buy store staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Compared to the older laptop, the ENVY X360 adds a larger screen, SS hard drive, and touch screen for roughly the same money. Boots quickly and contains enough display drivers that I did not have to download anything for my StarTech USB to dual HDMI display adapter, or for our network printers. Very happy!

This was my first purchase of a computer running an AMD processor and it is a solid performer. My last machine was an i7, 16 GIG of ram and Samsung SSD and I could feel the difference when I started using this one, it was just some slight delays when launching apps, changing apps and the like, but for the $500 savings over the Intel machines I was looking at, well this one you just can't go wrong with.

The laptop I bought lasted 6 days before it over-heated and was starting to burn the insides. I went to return it and got very profession service. There were the normal questions -- which I excepted -- but never did I receive any condemning remarks. The staff got a new computer to replace it. When I asked that the data be transferred -- since I had that done originally -- they connected me with the geek squad and arranged to have this done at no cost to me. The only glitch in the whole process was that the geek squad took longer than promised to get the transfer done. But considering everything, I was treated very professionally. Hats off to a staff that does what they say and stands behind the customer. Thank you Best Buy.

This computer had major problems starting 2 months after I got it. I would expect better from a $400 laptop let alone one of this price. The mouse will disappear as well as the touchscreen capabilities, which can be pretty detrimental if you're in the middle of something. I have to use the keyboard to save work and restart the laptop in order to get those essential functions back. The laptop rarely stays connected to the internet when waking up from sleep, despite selecting automatically connect. Also often have to disconnect a few times before it will actually connect to the network, will often say "No Internet." This is NOT a problem with my wi-fi. Headphones are not automatically recognized, have to manually select in settings for sound to come through headphones instead of speakers. Tried working with HP on the first two problems to absolutely NO avail. My problems were not at all understood. I've had tech savvy friends try to help with those problems too, but basic solutions haven't worked. A more professional opinion is needed but I refuse to pay a third party to repair a brand new computer. I feel stuck with a lemon. I can't find any way to actually get through to someone at HP who understands the problems I'm having and will validate my warranty.

Regularly utilized for musical composition/ edits, watching/ editing videos, and emergency preparedness/ amatuer radio programs with this laptop is easily managed. The dual use (laptop/ tablet) ability makes it easily able to perform on a variety of platforms for school, entertainment, and general usage. It is lightweight, compact, and surprisingly thin. I deducted one star for not supplying the stylus pen and cd drive.

It’s over all a real good computer has a good processor but it over heats to much.. that’s actually no good sometimes it can over heat while just watching videos but it’s still a good computer over all

I had my previous laptop until they stopped making updates for the software so I bit the bullet & bought this 2-1 touchscreen laptop. Let me tell you how behind the times I was hiding with the comfort of my old laptop. HP has knocked it out of the park with this one! It is super user friendly & the speed is incredible. I had all of my grad school documents (and everything else on my old laptop) & this HP was up & ready to run within a matter of seconds! And my niece & nephew love to use it as a tablet....even I do do!!

This touchscreen laptop has been perfect for our high school senior not just for school but also for gaming. We have had no issues.

I purchased this product three weeks ago to replace an aging laptop. I was looking at a different, slightly more expensive laptop when a sales associate directed me to this model. He said it was exactly what was indicated for my needs-spread sheet, online research, social media, etc. I've been very happy with the speed. Still not sold on the comcast email. Wish I had stayed with Outlook. But overall, very happy with the purchase. He had suggested a smaller screen for more portability but I love the 15" screen.

Glad I purchased this model. Good speed, battery life, and easy to use.
