LOVE this new laptop! Fast - sleek - lightweight- good price. In-store customer service with Adam was fabulous

I was looking for a powerful laptop for under $1000. I found this laptop and it has been an awesome choice. I do a bunch of school work and the 2 in 1 choice has been the greatest. When looking over the components to make this choice, I saw that the Ryzen 7 is faster than the intel 7 + optane. Optane can actually slow down a computer with a SSD. I went with this choice and I am glad I did. Features I was looking for were: Minimum 8gb Ram, Solid State Drive (SSD), Backlit keyboard, 15" - 17" screen in a 2 in 1 option, under $1000.

In using this computer for what I purchased it for it is excellent I do heat load calculations. It is one of the best products I have found for what I need to use it for. It is my business laptop computer it is compatible with printer and gives me the speed the memory which I need to perform my work.

Great laptop. Very fast chip. Solid state drive is the only way to go.

Build quality is superb. I bought this as my web browsing and data entry device. However it's been more than that! Amazing picture resolution has gotten me into Netflix and Hulu on this device during this time of crisis. Battery life has been just as advertised. I couldn't been happier.

I had bought a 1T (non solid state) drive HP Pavilion from Costco, then saw the review about it being slow to boot up and a TON of reviews about it losing the connection to wifi. So, I returned it (unopened) and order this one, since it had the SSD and good memory. But now that I've had it a couple of weeks, it seems like it doesn't keep connected to wifi - I've been watching a clip or browsing, and it just goes to "no internet connection". I had a similar problem before with another HP laptop - I really hope this is not a standard problem, since I paid almost a thousand dollars for it!

My husband loves his laptop - he uses it for both work and school, and loves everything about it. The processor is super fast, great resolution, and light for portability!

This is the fastest laptop I have ever had you turn it on and it is ready in seconds yes seconds I like that it is thin and light yet it is very durable for a laptop I have not used the flip feature but do see on trips where that will come in handy

Does what it needs for school use, although I notice anytime I turn it on I have to manually connect to the saved WiFi again. I think it’s just a system update that is needed by Microsoft..

This is the 2nd HP I owned, and I really like the HP's! They are very good laptops. My only complaint about this laptop is Ithat I expected the display to be a little brighter. Other then that great laptop at a fair price.

It has been a while since I bought an HP, now I see that they made changes and create great notebooks like this one nowadays. Great performance, good sound. Elegante wherever you take it and it's super light.

This laptop does exactly what I need it to do. It is quick to Boot up and respond. And an excellent battery life.

I got this laptop to start engineering for grad school. It is light, sleek, and meets all my needs. The only issue is at times the fan can get loud. However overall it’s performance is great.

My touch screen is the best buy I've ever bought as a computer. I can fold it as a lab top and maneuver things around within the software. It's a great computer to have. It's easy to use.

This is a very powerful laptop. I was having a doubt whether to go for Intel or this? I made the right choice. It is fast. It boots in 15-20 seconds. The design is sleek and I love it.

This computer will handle everything we throw at it and then some! Also found out that the touchscreen makes homeschooling much easier for the online projects for the little one.

I was on the fence of purchasing this lap to because it has an AMD processor I wanted Intel. But after using the laptop now for a month I'm very happy with my purchase.

Needed a new computer to graduate to 10, touch screen, and better graphics for architecture. This seems to be sufficient.
