Great laptop. Does everything i need which is bill paying and using Microsoft office, web browsing etc.

This computer does exactly what it is designed to do. It is fast and has a great screen quality. Well worth the money

This is my 3rd HP ENVY laptop and is easily my favorite purchase. It boots up fast, I can use a USB-C adapter to add a hub, and I love the functionality of being to convert it to a tablet when necessary. There is plenty of hard drive space, since 95% of my files are in the cloud (Dropbox & OneDrive). I highly recommend this laptop for personal, business, or student use.

I thought this laptop was really cool. When I bought it I didn’t look at the reviews of cool little adds that it has because I needed one fast and this looked like my old laptop, which I figured it was. To my surprise it looked a tiny bit different, it was lighter, thinner, and it had cool features. The fingerprint and the camera lock was a nice add. I’m going to buy one for my cousins birthday because he really liked it when he saw it too .

This computer is perfect for my needs. I’m very pleased with it’s performance! That said, I can’t overstate the role the tech support provided by Matt with my decision to make this purchase! He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! He assisted me from the beginning of my order to the final stages when I picked it up and provided further instructions on its operation while being very patient! I found Matt to be a true asset to Best Buy!

This is a really nice laptop, the only downside it has is it's gaming performance. It is awesome for watching videos, studying and creative work like drawing. The gaming was lack luster but that would simply be a good addition to already a mighty fine computer additionally it is weak since it has an APU and I would have like to have 16 gigs of ram but from what I have done so far 8 is plenty.

I was in need of a new laptop and really didn’t know where to start! I asked one of the Best Buy employees what I was looking for in a laptop and he pointed me to this one. I’ve owned it now for over a month and it is still running very well. I love the color and how sleek it is. I wish I could find something to cover the keyboard when in tablet mode because it does make me a bit nervous to have the keyboard exposed when in tablet mode.

I love this laptop! Its affordable , it can flip into a tablet and its been working fantastic so far!

This HP-Envy is Lightweight and compact. I do miss the right hand number keypad but I am adjusting.

Fast, easy to use. The keyboard has a easy feel to it. Computer system is fast and the display is clear.

At this time, we have had no issues with this laptop, It is quick and it is working well so far.

So far, the computer has performed well. I have used Zoom, with no slow-downs and clear pictures. It took some getting used to, but I have been able to figure it out myself, even though I consider myself to be a novice.

Been using it for over 6 month. And very happy for having it. Touch screen is very great and pleasant to touch, screen is a little bit dull , I wish it was brighter, but not very big deal. 360 is great function so you can just fold your laptop :) Didn’t have any problems yet Bought it on great sale:)

It is definitely an upgrade. My last laptop came with DVDs to load apps. I set a whole day for setup. Cortana talked me through the install, very simple. About the Windows an option is given to pick 10 or 11. It took maybe about 1-2 hours to set up. The laptop is sleek a little difficult to find the right spot to open. But the flexibility using keyboard versus tablet makes up for that. Keyboard light better than having a separate lamp.

It is an excellent computer, with very good capacity and I love being able to use it as a tablet
