    This computer was exactly the item that I wanted however my old computer was not defective as I was told by my server. My problems were being caused by my server which has since been corrected. I returned this item to Best Buy as I didn't need it at this time, however as soon as I need a new one I will be back at Best Buy to purchase one. I did not even open the package but I am sure of the quality.
