These new computers are great for computer whiz who have understanding of the need to change settings for almost every thing. I am not computer savvy so I need a quick setup guide for things like Headphones, play music through my speaker system, setting to get this computer to not turn off while playing music app, set computer to turn off when idle, and now I can't find my user guide.

Absolutely love this computer! Touchscreen, can flip into a tablet style. Just great!!

I have been using the computer for the 4 weeks. It took a little time for me to become familiar with Edge. I can now use it successful for my Zoom Christian education class. It is very clear and the good part is that I have learned how to use the volume control successful. My daughter had to give me some instruction on hooking it up to the printer. It is working well.

Working great so far. Only complaints are that the screen is really reflective and when it falls asleep while in tablet mode there is no way to turn the screen back on without folding it back into laptop mode because all the keys turn off and there's no separate screen button. (Yes, I looked it up and there's really no way.) I just set my screen not to turn off unless I turn it off/close the laptop, so it's fine.

I love my new laptop and I loved the support I got from my Geek Squad agent. He was helpful and patient. My laptop is easy to use and meets my needs. I also like the color and the sleek design. As a senor it is important to know that I have such reliable dependable and patient support. I felt like my agent treated me like he would have liked someone to treat his own grandmother.

I liked the touch screen and the software is nice. I would definitely recommend.

Im happy that i choose this laptop. It's touch screen and it has Alexa built in.

BB did a good job helping me select my laptop in-store. Staff was patient and knowledgeable enabling me to make a decision that I was very happy with. Only downside was the shipping delay. I was supposed to receive my laptop in 3-5 business days and instead it took 7-9. Aside from that, the experience and outcome were both pleasant and I would recommend going to BB for any of your tech needs.
