I absolutely love my touchscreen Envy laptop, it has helped me become way more tech savvy than I’ve ever been. Easy to navigate, so easy to search if you don’t know where something is on your computer, just all around, a good system to have!!

nice for the money. I wish it were a little faster

First computer I have purchased in many years as I have access to computers at work. It was fast and easy to set up. The processor speed is much faster than I am used to on my work computer. I am very pleased with it. I use it for MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and internet access.

I've had this for almost 3 months. I LOVE this laptop. It is awesome! I am a mid-knowledgable tech person, but I can tell you, this is a wonderful laptop. Have received OUTSTANDING service from the Geek Squad in-store and have had one in-home service from the Geek Squad.

When I came to best buy I had no idea what to buy knowing I needed a new computer. Your staff were fantastic, found what I needed without breaking the bank. Then I joined Geek squad and they were just as good. I have used them two times now on the phone and they have helped significantly.

My new laptop has meet and exceed my expectations. I love the startup time is instant their is no wait time. The device is just effective and efficient money well spent. I have no complaints from the product or service. I will definitely be back for a visit at best buy.

Great computer, needed it to do work stuff, it’s great at that and being able to swap it to tablet mode is awesome. It is really sturdy, doesn’t feel loose when it transitions which is awesome, gonna try to put some games on it and see how it plays but so far awesome.

Good laptop for the price but better to get the 400 nit screen from HP, plus HP will give you the pen. I returned it and got mine through HP. The 200 nit panel this laptop not only is dim, but color accuracy is terrible. Will do for a very budget school laptop but not good for media.

It's a good laptop for the purposes that it was purchased for - primarily business and entertainment but not high end gaming. I am hopeful that I don't have the same issue as I did with a similar laptop in that the screws in one of the hinges broke and not from being dropped.

the model i had received from the employee ended up being a defective model causing the screen to black out and not turn back on. ended up exchanging it for a another laptop. Other then that fast,slim, good ssd storage

I am enjoying my first laptop. I am still learning all it can do. I needed a laptop to take with me when I travel, and this one should do what I need. Also, I needed Windows 10 so I could use Turbo Tax. I am so glad I was able to get it on sale.

This laptop is by far one if the greatest for college students. If your a student and do alot of writing or notw taking this the laptop for you. Its power efficient and very easy to you and has alot of cool features. HIGHY RECOMMEND!

Good laptop, fast, the keyboard feel and feedback is excellent. Finger print instead of password has been working flawlessly so far. I highly recommend this laptop, it does many things get well. Display resolution is very good as well.

I appreciated the Geek Squad review of my laptops Zoom speaker problem. I am still attempting to get support from Zoom to get a fix. All other aspects are working fine. Very well pleased with my decision to buy the HP ENVY x360 laptop.

My 7 year old Dell laptop was taking 5 minutes or more to start from off. And crashing several times a week. So, bought this HP laptop as I have had good performance from an HP Envy desktop. Very quick start up, and no crashes.
