Thus far processing is fine. Purchased for use as a work/small business computer. Do not like lack of number keys on the side. Sound system is aweful. Speakers and Microphone are both terrible - and find am having to use alternatives for weekly meetings. Far too many prompts for extras - security, data management, access...when I want these things - I will look for them. Thought purchasing at the higher end of less expensive laptops would be helpful - so far no go. If you need sound for anything - meetings, gaming, music...this is not a good choice!

This computer is worth its price tag. As a replacement computer for my previous HP, the HP-Envy-x360 has performed exceptionally in all the ways that matter. The case is lightweight and durable unlike most of my previous laptops.

Bought to use as an extra laptop for Zoom meetings as my older one was having issues. Loads quickly and so far has been great. Slim design, plenty of ports and great colors on the screen. Looking forward to exploring all the extra features.

I bought this for my 11-year old daughter. She needed a laptop that would allow her to draw and create digital art. She can't get enough of it, and the things she's been able to create on it are AMAZING. All in all, a great value.

Glad I got this over the Mac, I would have had to do a lot to learn the functions of the Apple. I find windows easy to work with. Love this computer, needed a 2 in 1 and wouldn’t want it any other way

Bought this as a gift for latest granddaughter that is off to college. So far so good as she is pleased. Works well especially for general purpose college work, Excel, Word and Office products. Very light weight, nice size screen.

While we are still getting know our new computer, we are enjoying it foe the most part. Like all newer computers it is to helpful at times and provides help one does not want. Perhaps late we will give it 5 stars but of now will settle for 5.

I love this laptop, BUT it has a major issue. When doing necessary updates, it uninstalls the driver that operates the speakers, so that must be periodically redownloaded.

Solid computer for college. I like the HDMI port so I can hook it up to a TV when watching movies, which a lot of other students in my dorm hall don’t have. I haven’t used the 360 flip aspect of it much, but it’s cool to have still.

i am happy with the quality and the ease of set-up. store employee was very knowledgeable of the product. so far i am happy with my purchase. i would recommend to my friends to go to best buy for their next purchase.

Recently purchased a laptop for my college bound son.. Unfortunately it was defective but Best Buy did an outstanding job resolving the issue and getting me a new laptop in time for him to go to school with it.

Fantastic computer. Very fast with the newest ryzen processor. Battery lasts 6-8 hours of continuous use in rendering programs. Also, highly detailed ips screen with great detail. Can’t beat it for the price!

Got this for my son for his high school graduation present. He loves it. Solid state, folds over and can be used as a notebook with a stylus. He likes the fingerprint security feature. Very easy and accurate.

Enjoying the new laptop and upgraded to Win 11. runs great and liking all the features in the update and what the laptop has to offer. I haven't used it much in the sense of a tablet though.

Really good computer, I was looking for reliability and I found it and the amd processor is way better than the intel one. Highly recommend this computer I really loved it specially because it was black.

Overall not a bad product. Purchased for my wife but she didn’t like the size of it. Exchanged it for another laptop but different brand. Nothing really to say about this one.

laptop was for my wife, not the one she picked out. Realized after all files were transferred and computer was set up by best buy and we went to pick up. Everything was in a box till then. Decided to keep it, but had to reset to factory after getting home as Microsoft 365 was added in her name but with my email. She was getting my email in her outlook mail box. Simplest fix was to start from scratch. She says its okay and it does what she needs it to do. She gave it a 3. The one she picked out was a silver key board and a different model. Think her answer is based on overall experience and not performance.

Great laptop. I was surprised how well it handled my work demand. I build websites and this laptop outperformed my home desktop with much higher specs. Only thing I wish it had was a numpad on the keyboard.

My last HP was a dud (Spectre) and I swore I wouldn’t get another. But here I am, and VERY happy I gave HP another chance. Gorgeous display and every feature I needed for a decent price.

Love my computer, much needed as I am going to back school! The Best Buy representative was amazing and was able to let me know just what I needed!
