Second year of use and ,although fully functional, the screen has given out. There is a white line that appeared in the middle of the screen. Given that this happened last year, I didn’t think this was going to persist as long as it has. Sadly, I am out of luck with the warranty so there is no hope. Be aware buyers! I have learned my lesson and will be considering other brands from now on.

Really smooth and quick. Ryzen 5 is more than enough for work purposes. Very premium build. HD screen is really nice. Black finish is nice but fingerprints stick. Just upgraded memory from 8 to 32Gb.

I was very satisfied with the efficiency of the service via phone and remote communication. Both service techs were clear in their explanations and conducted themselves very professionally during our interactions.

Quite good once I got things set up. Had some weird things happen that had to be corrected, but then all good. Heavier than I would like, but otherwise I am very happy with it.

We have no problems with this computer. We wanted something to access the internet and email accounts. Downsized from a desktop. We appreciate the portability and speed, but we miss a larger screen.

these are really nice high quality laptops for the money. it does everything i need it to do for work and at home. would highly suggest for anyone in the market for a laptop at a great price!

Great computer for home use and a craft program I use. I most like where the power button is, it’s by the keyboard and there is a button to shut off the built in camera no more covering it with paper and tape.

This laptop does everything we need it to. We use it as our everyday laptop while occasionally needing it for school or work. It's also great to take on vacation using our hotspot on our phone.

My HP Envy has been working as advertised and is a great improvement over my 6+ years old former laptop. I appreciate the Geek Squad's effort to transfer data from my old laptop to the new one.

I love this computer! It is just the right size screen wise and is very thin so it’s not heavy. I can carry it everywhere. The processor is fast and it does everything I need. Highly recommend!

Color is crisp and sharp, just getting to know it but so far I'm in love. Only thing I miss is my calculator style numeric keypad on the right.

Love the display and large keys. Nice size and case is a good weight for transporting from room to room. This is the first time I have bought an HP and I am very happy with my purchase.

I havent had a chance to really enjoy my new laptop but so far its really nice. What i enjoy most is the fact that it does turn into a tablet with the capabilities of still being a computer.

Purchased for our grandson for the new school year. He absolutely loves it. Does his school work, plays games and surfs the web with an ease I will never know. Highly recommend it.

The item I want is not available at the store. The salesman told me we can order it from another store in Florida and shipped to my address. Order made in 05/28/21. Until today I didn’t receive my order. Another issue the salesman told me you will get free antivirus for 5 months. When I am about to check out he told me it’s just for 3 months. And he told me in order to get it I need your credit card information. Which is mean for me is not free. Salesman is knowledgeable about the product but shipping and the promise to get a free antivirus for 5 months is giving me bad experience.

This computer is wonderful and meets all my needs and then some. Alexander from the Geek Squad helped me pick it out. Andrew was also essential in getting the price I was looking for.

Love HP, 2nd one I’ve bought but this one is for my son who’s off to college. It works great, and got it on sale here at Best Buy. Thanks for another great tech purchase Best Buy!

Great product for someone who is debating to purchase a between a laptop and tablet. For the price you are paying, you won't find another system with this spec. Highly recommended one.

Inexpensive and easy to set up! Haven’t had any issues with the laptop so far. Needed one for our small business and it gets the job done.

I've only has the HP for a couple weeks, but I do like it. Screen and key board characters easy to see, unlike our previous purchase, which I immediately returned. I've had no problems with the HP so far.
