No Charger - No Laptop

Purchased this open box item online. Details stated fair condition, no missing accessories. Went to pick it up and there was NO charger! I was told it doesnt come with a charger and I could just purchase one. I refuse to pay for a charger after paying $780 for this laptop. Very surprised & upset that they didn't offer a deeper discount on this item to keep my business.
