    This laptop is average, whenever there’s an update and you select update and restart or update and close it won’t do either one. I have called customer service and did some troubleshooting and it still didn’t fix the issue. Very frustrating! You have to hold the power button for several seconds to shut it off in order to get it to turn back on.

    I bought this for use with school work but in our current environment, zoom and teams are functions that have becomea necessity. I found that the canera on this PC is very poor and grainy. I have 4 other laptops at home from HP to Microsoft surface and none of them have cameras this poor. I may have to take it back. Unless there's some setting that i'm missing?
