    My laptop was dying. I needed a replacement. I found this one. It seemed to fit the bill. I was pleased with it initially. Then I learned that it lacked a numeric keypad. For me, this became a deal breaker. I decided against keeping it. If the keypad is not essential for your use, this laptop might be a good fit.

    We are satisfied with the purchase but the salesperson was not satisfactory. We were signed up for a credit card with no explanation of what he was doing. The tipoff for us should have been when he asked us to put in an ss number. We have since paid off the card and will not use again. Certainly a disappointment.
