Not ready to write a review. I must bring in to have drive for wifi checked, repaired, or replaced. I like the lap top and rating will probably go up zfter fixed.

I bought this laptop because the last one I bought my son was not able to do what he needed for school. So far this is a was better buy!

ONLY FLAW A 2.5 HOUR BATTERY LIFE DOING EXCEL SPREADSHEET WORK, COMPUTER IS USED FOR WORK, NO STREAMING, MOVIES OR GAMING. BATTERY LIFE IS VERY POOR.

I can really rate these products. I got theses products for my granddaughter to Virtual school.

wife love this laptop other then it gets really hot fast. only using for classes now.

good laptop, I am enjoying the slick nature and the Alexa that come with it is awesome.

Returned this twice. Computer seemed nice but cord was extremely hot on 2 diffrrent computers. So if was rather dissapointing.

Not as powerful as I would have expected. It stands up to email, but not light gaming.

it got a year and a half and its damage alredy without using too much.

Loved it...for about a week. It was an open box purchase. I had it for a week and suddenly it would not turn on. Unfortunately, I was out of town when it happened and by the time I returned it was past Best Buy's 15 day return policy. By one day. Since then I have had a horrible time trying to get it repaired by Best Buy (they couldn't) and HP authorized repair shop (they couldn't) and now by HP (its gonna be 2-4 weeks) Disappointed by all involved. Including myself. I guess this is a good reason to get an additional coverage plan!

Product defective. We can’t get a hold of the store. I must drive to get there. The screen wiggles in some places

Burned in my lap. Looked it up online and it turns out HP Envy’s have this issue of overheating. I was able to return before the two week deadline was up. Don’t waste 800+ dollars on a laptop that overheats from a simple zoom call.

After two months of very rare use I opened it one day to have the right hinge break. After some research I discovered that this is a common problem with this laptop. When trying to get hp to fix it, they claim physical damage and charge nearly as much as it cost to buy it in the first place. The plastic part that the hinges are screwed into is very fragile and poorly made. HP needs to redesign this.

The first one I bought was an OPEN BOX. It was missing drives and the internet chip was no good. Should have been fixed before putting it back up for sale. Lesson learned. I switch that one for a new lap top within 7 days. The new one is awesome. I love it. But I never received a receipt. It was supposed to be emailed to me but I never got it.

Not sure if I got a defected one but the volume super low couldn’t hear much

i'm an Apple user, had to buy due to software i'm using.... prefer Macs

Can't make it stop dropping the wifi connection Ver frustrating

It's a great computer. My only gripe is that the volume sucks wjen water ching Netflix it Hulu. Speakers sounds extremely low. My cheaper HP old computer in terms of speakers is way better. And it's from 2015.

I am very disappointed in my laptop. I thought I was getting a fast quality laptop and was disappointed to find I got a "gaming laptop". it does not even have a cd/dvd drive. I will be contacting you for a return and replacement for a real laptop in the near future. Unfortunately, I have been sick and unable to carry on a decent conversation. I still think HP is the best laptops and will want one. I thought I did a great research on all the unknown words but evidently did not do enough. It is also distressing that I was unable to get a live human being to help. I am 75 years old and have never played a "game". I used computers extensively in my 25 year banking career and raised 2 children alone. They were never bought a "game".
