Hmm i returned this item the next day. Manufacturer defect.

Horrible item returned it for my money to be refunded

I love it. Love its speed, screen and design. I am not a windows 11 fan buy I liked it overall. I purchased many laptops at 700 900. I give this one highest rating at its price range. Seriously, HP did an amazing job with its Envy series. I tried to like Asus and Dell's rivals, but HP is just better. Note, it will likely be a bit cheaper with Ryzen rather than Intel. Go Ryzen. It got better graphics and as good as Intel performance at a discount. I love Ryzen. I pretty much stopped building budjet PCs with intel processors, AMD does it better. I highly recommend this device especially if it goes on sale.

I originally got this laptop to do college work on, but it has become more of a true gaming laptop over the years. I upgraded the SSD just to have more room, but i have been able to run whatever i need to on this laptop!

I bought this laptop after being injured in a house fire in 2020. This worked so well. I was able to connect to family and friends because I could not go out. It’s still working today unfortunately it has a small crack in the screen that need fixing however it’s an excellent machine.

Overall pretty happy but it has some pretty annoying flaws. It came with Windows 11 rather than 10 with the option. I preferred 10. Second, The oversized touchpad is inconvenient as you will constantly be accidentally touching it and causing things to move around. Third, The keyboard is terrible. The keys are light and short stroke and I have repeat strokes WAYYYYY too often. No matter how much you play with the settings it will not help. If you use your laptop to type a lot DO NOT BUY. Also there are a bunch of weird things that happen while typing that makes the cursor jump around and sometimes email sends itself in the middle of typing. AND lastly, I don't know why but it resets itself daily when streaming video. I think it might have to do with the graphics but not sure. I can't seem to fix it. Basically a really cool looking, sturdy, decent sounding mediocre laptop.

I'm so in love and impressed with . I found a laptop that I was even more impressed with on a Black Friday sale though. I returned it. Wish I could of afforded to keep both though.

I’ve had this computer for nearly 2 years now and I’m quite disappointed to say the least. I got it for school to do work for my graphic design classes but it’s absolutely awful for any adobe product it just can’t handle it at all. It works great for regular school but the second i need to work on a project, it turns a 30 min assignment to something that take me nearly 2 hours on the hp

Slowest and loudest laptop I've ever used or seen I honestly don't know how this gets such good reviews, maybe I was sold a bad one, but from the second I turned it on its been almost unusable. The fans also run from the minute I turn it on, even if I'm not doing anything. my last laptop was $400 and it ran completely fine, was fast and everything. This junk is over $800 and can't handle opening chrome. Absolutely a waste of money.

My husband and I saw this laptop at our local Best Buy. It looks for very nice, but the performance is horrible. It works for normal use like searching the web, but once we went to use youtube and watched some videos it was buffering alot and the mouse pointer was just flickering non stop. what a waste of money. We're returning tomorrow for sure. Very disappointed
