Before making this purchase I did my research and read all reviews. I have had it for over a week now and I am loving it. The screen is crisp and was so easy to set up. After having my old HP for 12 years I can see I have a lot to learn with this one. I use it for my business and boy can I get my work done faster, LOL. Oh yeah, love the touch screen. I would buy this HP Envy again.

I bought this for my granddaughter to replace the older laptop she has used in remote learning the past year. She is thrilled with the HPx360 as it had excellent battery life, a very clear, touch-screen display and does not drop the zoom connections during class. The price was excellent and it was in stock.

Has good battery life and good speed. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Great laptop. My last one went to ‘Laptop heaven’ so we started researching what to get. Took a few weeks but went in the store chatted with a few employees and walked out with this beauty. We love all the functions and especially the touchscreen. It didn’t come with a pencil which we wanted. Good space storage and for me the size of the laptop is perfect. It’s big but love the keypad size. It works for me!

Specs are great, the screen and 2-in-1 touch are great, and even the audio is great, just for some reason my particular model was not durable at ALL. 2 months after purchasing, the left mount holding the screen to the chassis completely fell apart on its own after normal use of the device (thankfully under warranty still), along with many scratches on the sides of the bottom panel. Additionally where the panels were joined to each other began weakening, meaning they were no longer flush and it felt like the whole machine was about to fall apart. HP nearly replaced ALL of the panels when I sent it in, and to this day the bottom panel still doesn't sit quite flush with the rest of the chassis. I love this laptop, but HP neglected many manufacturing flaws.

I love the HP-ENVY x360 Laptop I purchased. It runs fast, and the memory is enough for me to do personal stuff on it, along with being able to play app games on it without slowing it down. The picture quality is great, the weight of it is great, and the smoothness of the keyboard is great.

Nice upgrade from what I had as a computer. I am happy with the features.

I unexpectedly needed to purchase a laptop - this seemed to have the most of what I needed for a very reasonable price. It was incredibly easy for me to work with -- straightforward, great touchscreen, large screen, easy keyboard, easy prompts -- and very easy to use for work. Haven't had a laptop in a few years -- but would highly recommend this HP Envy!

Best HD+ Screen out there, I didn't like the IPS and UHD screens out there that are in matte, I decided to get this since it was the clearest of them all, Super fast processing speeds, more bang for the buck, best of all it's entirely touchscreen and also can be flipped for tablet style usability. Best purchase of a new laptop ever!

The HP Envy is exactly what we need. It is light weight fast and quiet. The touch screen is nice since I so used to using a iPad or phone for most my internet access. Additionally the solid state hard drive makes for a much quieter and more efficient operating machine. The display screen is much better than my previous laptop.

Very nice laptop; physical design-wise but also very heavy and not ideal for the on-move business or personal use because if the heavy weight. Hopefully HP will come out with a product with the same design as sleekness but much lighter. The performance was great but of course the display was a bit dom even when at the highest brightness setting..

I really needed a new lab top so I brought this one

This computer is sleek and fast. Everything set up well. However, the WiFi radio may be weaker than my older HP Envy laptop. I get fewer bars and this new laptop seems to lose WiFi connectivity is a very marginal location where the old one seems to do better. I also had a very strange audio issue. My wife plays cello on zoom. After setting up this new laptop, people on zoom could hear her voice just fine but not the music from the cello! I verified (with Windows voice recorder) that the sound system does indeed seem to mute out music. I finally found a setting in the audio driver/advanced. I unchecked "Enhanced audio processing" and now the music comes through fine. My older HP Envy laptop has "Enhanced audio processing" checked and music comes through fine; however, it has different sound hardware than does the new laptop. Overall, I am happy with the performance for the money.

Easy to use, the picture clarity is very good. The placement of the keys are different from my previous computer(the numbers were on both the top line of the computer and the right side - this throws off placing you hands for typing (at least for those who learned typing from a typewriter).The computer is lightweight

Very easy setup when turning on. Keys light up if desired which is an awesome feature i haven't had before. Finger print login so super fast to login. Touch screen and amazing picture quality. The whole thing is also slender and light. I personally think this is the best laptop I've ever owned.

I love this lap top. I purchased it and compared to another lap top I purchased last year and this is the best lap top I have. It is super fast and easy to navigate from one page to the next I intend to purchase another one for my business. This lap top supports all my needs and it so modern.

Love my laptop. Very slim, compact design. When i first unpacked it, I thought they had made a mistake because it looked so small but after opening the laptop I realized that it indeed had a 15.6" screen. The touch screen and back lit keyboard are perfect for me. Would definitely buy again.
