This laptop is very easy to use The Geek squad set it up for me and then I took over from there I love using the touch screen. The colors are very bright and the font is good. I have played videos with good success. The laptop is easy to use. I recommend this laptop to others.

Small light and very fast, front the touch screen to the fingerprint reader this doesn't fail to exceed my expectations, and the new update to windows 11 has this laptop looking speak and streamlined

I recently had to buy this product because my other laptop screen broke and it is awesome! The size of the screen is huge and I love how it is also touch screen and foldable into a tablet. I use this for my college classes and recommend it to anyone!

the computer seems to be fine. it is very fast. However, I did not get a good explanation of how MS Office and Word works on the new PC and something called Onedrive which seems to be similar but not the same. Also, why do I have Outlook email now when I didn't have it before?

Great product specially for the price. Good screen, long lasting battery, couldn´t be more happy. I read reviews about the screen not being bright enough. Depends on where you are planning to use it. At home it´s more than enough, actually I have it at less than 80% or so. Maybe to use it in direct sunlight could be a little low but for me its enough and the quality is great. Another great feature is that you can upgrade it to 16 GB RAM and upgrade the SSD as well, that´s a plus.

Very fast and responsive system. The trackpad can be a bit sensitive, but it is firm compared to other budget laptops where heavy plastic is used. One downside is I felt that HP should provide the stylus pen, I had to go buy another brand since Best Buy didn’t stock them.

Time will tell if this thing lasts, I'm hoping to get at least a few years of use out of it. I recommend having a warranty added because from research a LOT of these laptops, regardless of brand or price, seem to have poorly made hinges. Anyhow, this laptop right out of the box is fine for casual use (browsing the internet, typing, music listening, I hadn't tried Zoom yet). I bought this laptop for art use, and when paired with a Wacom stylus (also bought from BestBuy) it does what I need just fine. Battery life isn't the best but doable, the screen is acceptable (I use an external monitor) and the fan hardly ever runs. The MAIN reason why this was bought over others within the price range is both the ram and SSD are upgradable. This is a PLUS if you plan to keep something like this for a while.

I love this laptop. The touch screen was the selling point. I love how streamlined it is moving from touch screen to trackpad. It looks very nice and sleek. My whole family has one! We love it and are so happy we bought them!

Overall it’s a nice computer. Built well and easy to use. It’s a bit expensive for what it is though. I haven’t used the touch screen very much but it does respond well. If it lasts for a while then it should be worth the price.

Love everything about this computer. Has not given me one single issue. Has amazing battery life. Its perfect for someone who needs it for school work, or does multitasking. I highly recommend this laptop to everyone.

This TV gives me the picture quality and sound without having to spend double or triple the price. Perfect bedroom TV. No need for a sound bar and the remote is user friendly.

This is a great laptop for the price. Enough power to do what I need to do and runs several programs simultaneously. Im a dent hygiene student, and this has neen indispensable! Would highly recommend!

T am pleased with the speed and quality construction of my HP Envy PC. The screen is sharp and color is excellent. A minor criticism is the delete key is too close to the on/off/key and can shut down the PC inadvertently

This laptop works great and works well enough to do my college classes and write notes on Microsoft notes and do my projects on Microsoft Word not to mention it’s incredibly fast and super efficient.

I assume that the recent shortage of chips bumped up the price. However the laptop is a great find. Much cheaper that its intel counterpart. The SSD hard drive makes starting up and loading files a snap.

I’m a Mac person. Have been for years but this is my work computer so I needed it to sync with on site computers while I’m offsite. I really like it. It’s easy fast and I’ve had no issues.

I recently brought my first laptop and after talking with the Best Buy computer associates I decided to get the HP ENVY 2 in1 nightfall black. It is fast and a good computer. I’m extremely satisfied

I bought this for my sister. She runs an at-home business where she makes a lot of home decor items and DIY items for others. She also does wedding planning and event planning. Her recent computer of over 4 years old finally died and I picked this out for her. I love the AMD processor because it runs so fast for what she needs it to do. It also works phenomenally with her cricket machine. She loves that she can make it into a tablet so she can create personalized fonts/drawings for her designs, and it's easier for her now to use a stylus on her computer to crop certain images. Overall, so glad I picked this for my sister. She is very satisfied with this product.
