I bought this for my sister. She runs an at-home business where she makes a lot of home decor items and DIY items for others. She also does wedding planning and event planning. Her recent computer of over 4 years old finally died and I picked this out for her. I love the AMD processor because it runs so fast for what she needs it to do. It also works phenomenally with her cricket machine. She loves that she can make it into a tablet so she can create personalized fonts/drawings for her designs, and it's easier for her now to use a stylus on her computer to crop certain images. Overall, so glad I picked this for my sister. She is very satisfied with this product.

I love my Envy. The Geek Squad set it up exactly like i wanted. It is light, easy ln the eyes and fast. Only thing that i miss is have number keys on the right side. Wish I had gotten it larger.

I really love the sleek and glamorous style. It’s very user friendly. Best Buy made it so easy to find the right laptop I needed. They made it even easier to pick up. I would highly recommend this Hp envy 15.6 2020. I will only go to Best Buy for all my future electronic needs.

Love my new laptop! I especially love the touchscreen option. I have always been a desktop person but since I have bought this laptop, I can say I will always be a laptop person from now on.

My son bought this computer for school and loves it. I decided to get it for myself and I am loving it also! It is very lightweight and the perfect size to get things done.

I don't love this laptop for how much it costs. One of the reasons I bought it over another model was because of the backlit keyboard which I have had before and it is a feature I really like. On this laptop, however, the keyboard only stays lit for a few minutes and then you have to push the button again because it goes off. I do like the feature that you can invert it horizontally or vertically light an easel which is great for zooming. The battery life seems good but I have had it less than a month. And it has the touchscreen feature that is useful.

Great laptop, love the touch screen and the light up keyboard. Wish there was more usb slots but it is great. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a good school laptop.

Fast at powering up and zero problems so far. Not using it for heavy gaming or anything but graphics are sharp and works great for zoom meetings and normal office work.

Almost 2 months after purshace I don’t regret. Very fast, HD screen and really nice look. I have a MacBook Pro, but MacOS is very conflicting with my business programs.

This laptop is durable and amazing to use! I went it to replace the HP that I had because it was broken. I was treated like family and felt very much appreciated and supported!

I love the HP Chrome books. They are so affordable & you can do so much with them. Try to catch them on sale as Best Buy my favorite retailer has this one for $189.00

I absolutely have enjoyed working with my HP-Envy Touch Screen Laptop. As a retiree, It is perfect for all of my computer needs. I highly recommend!!

This is a very easy to use laptop. I am enjoying it. It has face recognition, and touch screen. Great keyboard with letters that are just the right size for my finger.

a very nice computer. I like the dual purpose of the computer. As in you can either use it as a typical laptop or a convertible. also a very nice touch screen.

Assistant was very helpful in answering questions from my granddaughter. She needed this laptop for entering college. She has indicated she is thrilled with the purchase.

This is a nice laptop for the cost. 8gb not exactly what we had hoped for, but overall gets the job done & price point is good for the 15.6" screen, touch screen options.

Absolutely love this laptop! It not only looks great, but it's superfast from the moment you turn it on, login and open a browser. it works great.

This works like a dream. If anything I would recommend the Series 7 over the 5 but it can’t be beat for the money. Wish there was a decent case for it though.

I’m a little worried because it is beginning to get hot after a few minutes. I’m not gonna be happy after spending so much money on this if it crashes within a few months.
