I am enjoying my first laptop. Always had a desk computer. There have been a few challenges but the more I use it I really like the features it has.

Great laptop/tablet combo! Nice, big display when using as a tablet but still the convenience of a full sized keyboard when used as a laptop PC.

I really am enjoying my new laptop. I love the touchscreen and lit keyboard. Setup was very easy and the setup assistant was very helpful. I highly recommend this laptop!

I love love this laptop! It is touchscreen which saves so much time, and after having a MacBook Air, I was so ready to go back to Windows!

This computer has so far been a very big help to my school year. It’s slim, but has a large enough screen for me to comfortable read my work.

This is such an amazing laptop. It's sleek, fast & great for gaming/personal use. From Intel to now an AMD, what a huge difference. I have never had a problem & suggest people to get this specific laptop over any other laptop. The only issue is that the backlight for the keyboard doesn't stay on all the time anymore just like older models. The only issue that I had was when I ordered this computer, I received a dell instead of this HP computer. Customer service was professional and was able to assist the issue with no problem.

2 months in and it seems to work fine (it's my wife's computer). Her only complaint is that it runs a little warm. One thing she REALLY likes is the keyboard. Her previous HP was silver with white keys. It was very difficult to see the lettering on the keys because of the lack of contrast. This unit is dark grey and has wonderful contrast. She does wish the screen has better brightness, but that's a want. Overall brightness is very usable indoors.

Great computer with good graphics. Fast and efficient and love the black color. I own 2 hp laptops because they’re very reliable.

I bought this computer in May of 2021 only for there to be a manufacturing issue with the hinges. Best buy and HP told me that it was my fault that the screen had cracked when it was a manufacturing issue. I will never buy HP again. Honestly, this was extremely frustrating to me. This was a Geek Squad certified product.. or at least they say so. The hinges on this computer broke after a month of using it. Then I get blamed for breaking it when it. Everything else with the laptop was great! The speed, the battery, the storage. The only issue was the manufacturing issue. If you are looking for a college computer that you are going to be using a lot, this is NOT the one to get.

Extremely happy with touch screen laptop. The option to fold, etc is nice feature. Size is suitable for everything needed.

Purchased this laptop to replace an 8 year old....what an improvement. Blazing fast and quiet. Love the display. So far so good!
