Not to mention needing all new programs that I used to use on the previous laptop. But I like HP, so I hope it will last. I have an old one win 7 that still runs well but is outdated and cannot fully update. The new Envy I have only 2 complaints- it needs more ports for USBs. The other is it is so flat and slim I have to pick it up to insert usb accessories or SD cards, very close to the tabletop. Mostly it performs well,
