I JUST purchased this about a month ago, so I'm not EXACLY how to use EVERYHING as of yet. SO FAR, I'm liking the ease of setting some things up from my other computer. My old one is a 2014 HP. It is still running, but I dropped for the LAST TIME & the top is LITTERALLY hanging on by a string. Some of the letters work when they want to, as well as some numbers. I'm SO used to using this one, but I'm forcing myself to use this new one & so far as I sad, I LIKE IT......ALOT.

Way faster than the HP laptop it replaced. Really like the backlit keyboard, and the speed at which it boots up. Did have an issue with the wireless card, but it (so far) appears to have been fixed with a driver update. Lightweight, battery lasting a day or more (not a heavy user).

Great laptop! Its be wonderful to use making fun projects for my family. It's 2 years old but still going strong. Will definitely buy another one when this one eventually gives out. HP and Best Buy have been very helpful.

Purchased for my son first year in college. So far, he has been very happy with it. HP Envy is very functional, has long battery life, and stylish. The screen is dark and It is heavy compared to Mac laptops, however it a great laptop. It is so nice that I had my husband purchased me one for my new startup business.

I have used my laptop now for almost a year. I love it. The HP envy x360 has been a great success as far as computers go in my opinion. The only down side I would say about this computer is that the aluminem casing, while making it extremly lightweight, has also made it very easy to dent and mar. That would be my one complaint.

Love the laptop!! I love that it’s a 2in 1 and I can disable the touch screen and let my 3 yr old watch moves and turn it back on so he can color

I love this laptop, it runs smoothly.It also has Face ID which is a plus.The only downside is it gets fingerprints on it easily including the outside of the laptop, it’s a bit heavy, and their isn’t much cases for it on Amazon.It’s very slim and simple which I love.The black lit keyboard is everything! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good laptop.Oh and it’s also a dark purple color not black

Got this laptop for my son's in college on his birthday. It was love at first sight before even turning it on! So of course after actually using it, it was over after that. No complaints! He does all his work, games (Big time gamer), etc. On it. I might even have to buy a couple more of these for my other kids (adults) in school because even they love it.

Really good upgrade from my last laptop (hp pavilion 2019) from build quality, screen, backlit keyboard, and etc. Would highly recommend it when I got it for 500 dollars but the base price of 800 is not worth the price as there's an updated version of this laptop that would have a better CPU than this. Good for school work/notes, smaller scale work, and games such as Stardew but would not play anything like cod and similar

This laptop is a solid product, though my experience with Best Buy hasn’t been the best. I paid $799 for this laptop because it was pretty much what I needed and I was in a bind, time-wise. I should have done more research (which is on me), because after purchasing and completing my data migration I found it for $250 cheaper in at least two other prominent locations. When I enquired of Best Buy if they’d honor their price matching policy, I was politely informed that this product wasn’t eligible because it came “bundled” with a free trial offer for some security software I had zero interest in using. The operator did sound surprised I’d found it for so much less elsewhere, and to be fair they did tell me I could still return the product if I chose to do so, but that would have been sufficiently inconvenient at that stage to make it not worth the bother. Best Buy then appears to have dropped the price to match what I’d found elsewhere. As I said: buyer beware. Wish I’d handled things more wisely.

We bought this for my daughter for Christmas to use for her college courses and dual credit. She loves it and it's even better that it does flip around and she's able to use it as a tablet. It is rather large when used to a ipad, but it is nothing that can't be overlooked. Overall a great purchase.
