Really good upgrade from my last laptop (hp pavilion 2019) from build quality, screen, backlit keyboard, and etc. Would highly recommend it when I got it for 500 dollars but the base price of 800 is not worth the price as there's an updated version of this laptop that would have a better CPU than this. Good for school work/notes, smaller scale work, and games such as Stardew but would not play anything like cod and similar

Great laptop! Nice & thin & not overly heavy for when I do need to carry it with me to work. Yet, a quality machine I work from every day.

This laptop is a solid product, though my experience with Best Buy hasn’t been the best. I paid $799 for this laptop because it was pretty much what I needed and I was in a bind, time-wise. I should have done more research (which is on me), because after purchasing and completing my data migration I found it for $250 cheaper in at least two other prominent locations. When I enquired of Best Buy if they’d honor their price matching policy, I was politely informed that this product wasn’t eligible because it came “bundled” with a free trial offer for some security software I had zero interest in using. The operator did sound surprised I’d found it for so much less elsewhere, and to be fair they did tell me I could still return the product if I chose to do so, but that would have been sufficiently inconvenient at that stage to make it not worth the bother. Best Buy then appears to have dropped the price to match what I’d found elsewhere. As I said: buyer beware. Wish I’d handled things more wisely.

Hp Envy, I got this as an open box and it has been the best computer I’ve ever owned. Easy to use and navigable.

Good laptop and very reliable it work really fast easy to setup

I love this laptop, its my first touch-screen and it is reall amazing, i use it with my ps5 remote play and run fairly smooth (with the digital ps5)*. Found out late that it has a backlit keyboard that helps a lot while on the go and having to do work while next to the Ms. While she sleep.

A great laptop for the price. Easy to setup and works well with MS Office. I use it for office type work and not gaming or watching videos. A side number pad would have been nice, but the top number bar works just fine. I especially like the backlite keyboard which I have never had before.

Overall the laptop is very good it did way more than expected the Overall performance is fantastic least but not last best buy electronics always outlast this isn't my first laptop and i would definitely buy more stuff
