First reliable laptop I have had

Before I have had trackpad issues with Lenovo and Wifi driver problems with Asus, to the point I have just expected problems, but This computer has not even slowed down

Amazing Laptop.

The processor is amazingly fast and the touch screen is very responsive. I was also surprised by how thin and light it is. This was a steal at $500 in my opinion.

Solid 2-in-1 choice

Love the touchscreen and that I can run in tablet mode. Battery life could be longer. I also have a little trouble keeping the keyboard backlight on. Also once in a while the screen goes black like there is an issue with the display driver. Took a star off for those complaints - otherise

I love the touch screen, the only thing is that it may be slightly heavy for users that like lightweight laptops, and you have to use both hands to open it but I don't mind that at all since it makes difficult for kids to play with it.

It is fast enough to do anything that i can come up with and the screen is touch screen which makes everything easier. Its also foldable for more flexibility in how you use it.

Sure glad he did. Seems perfect for my needs and have not found any significant downsides. Didn't think I wanted touch screen but am warming up to that feature. Thanks HP and Best Buy! Rob in Seattle

Great Budget Laptop

Couldn't beat the price and got it as an open box and was in perfect condition.

I was very nervous buying a new laptop not knowing too much on what I should be looking for or what I needed for work besides a few things. I did get help in the store they were awesome But I love my laptop it was a great buy!

She can complete all of her finances, check her email, run finances for her church and watch her quilting videos. She likes to take it now wherever she goes to visit.

I use it mostly for paying bills, checking email, and creating documents. The keyboard has a great feel, and the mouse is easy to use. It's my first AMD processor, and I am impressed. I'm wondering why I waited so long!

Reliable and quick

I am just getting used to it and it has a few features that I am still trying to figure out like changing the black background to white. However, I am finding that it gets hot which my other HP laptop did not do. If it persists, I will call the Geek Squad.

This is definitely the next step up, has every feature one could want within that price range and the screen looks amazing (I want one now,haha).

Also wish there were more USB ports, it only has one on either side and one of mine was damaged easily. Battery power is pretty good also.
