It's the best purchase I have made. I asked the sales tech lots of questions when deciding between two HP laptops and the ENVY had all that needed. Very happy with this purchase, highly recommend for anyone who will mainly use for home use.

We bought this laptop a year ago and it's still working great! There are three issues with this HP. The charger is not great because its like a phone charger and the port always loosen, so you have to make sure the light comes on. Second, the volume is horrible! The volume is super low even at 100! I had to buy a speaker just so i could hear music or sounds. We also had an issue with the computers shutting down but luckily Best Buy saved me and got it back up and running. And the touchscreen can break very easy so be careful. If you drop this the screen will pop out. If you drop it, the screen could break. HP has been horrible with their serive, computers and Mircosoft is killing me with all these updates!

Great laptop. I really enjoy the touch screen and flexibility. You can use this as a tablet of computer, which is great. A minor gripe would be the track pad. Sometimes when you use the double-click function it will make you do a standard click, and vice versa.

Havent had any issues with this laptop in the 3 months ive had it so far. Only thing I consider an inconvenience is the lack of a number pad which i like but modern HP premium laptops have dropped this feature. For the sale price however, its unbeatable.

Had an issue with losing wifi and wouldn't even show options in setting Called hp and tech updated all drivers thought could be bios. After restarting it seems to be ok now. Love the true hd resolution, touch and back lite keyboard.

I love this computer. Very lightweight. Touchscreen isn’t too sensitive but it is strong enough to recognize your touch. Picture is amazing.

I am more than happy with this laptop. It's a workhorse in the ways that matter, it can kill pretty much any basic work application and give you room to for fun stuff like gaming. It is a bit more pricey for higher storage devices, but that is not really a problem if you plan on using this for day-to-day operations. I am not a video editor so I am happy with the storage size but if that is what you plan on using it for, go for the heavy-duty version of this. The only feature I don't really like on this device is the touch screen, but that is just out of personal prefance. Battery life is great for basic apps. Anything gaming related your gonna get 2-3 out of it max without it being on a charge.

Absolutely love it.... bought as a Christmas gift for my son and he does everything on it from gaming to social media perfect gift.

After much research I chose this computer for my next purchase. I travel a lot with my laptops and this one was a perfect candidate. It's light weight but built solid. It's fast and the high definition screen and lighted keyboard are super for a dimly lit red-eye flight. The sound from the stereo speakers is clear, crisp, and full volume. The more I use it, the more I know I made the right choice

An excellent laptop that is easy to navigate with helpful directions and remarkable graphics. The notifications are a great and invaluable feature that troubleshoots and enhances ease of use. Love my HP ENVY!

My daughter was in need of a new laptop for school and after reviewing many I decided on this one as it had every thing she needed. She loves it. It was all she expected and more.

Bought this for my girlfriend for her job and it worked out wonderfully. The quality is great for the price I purchased it for. Highly recommend.

I’m really enjoying using this laptop for my work related things. The only thing I would have liked for the computer to have built in is a number key pad. Otherwise, it’s great! Also the young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient :)

I really like my new Hewlid Packer computer. It's much speeedier than my old one. The technician was very helpful setting it up at my home. Best Buy is the place to go for my tech needs and with total tech.

This laptop has exceeding my expectation. I bought my last laptop in 2014 and this is a major upgrade for the price i got it for. The time of purchase was great because it was on sale for 300 cheaper.

This laptop was purchased for my son a few months ago to use for college. So far this laptop has been great. If you are looking for a laptop to use for school, this is a good one to purchase.

Excellent Laptop! My son uses for school work and some light gaming. Can’t be beat For the money. Get the Microsoft cloud account to save everything to the cloud.

I absolutely love this laptop. I use it primarily to pair with my cricut for my crafts. So easy to use and I love the fact that I was able to buy a pen for it. I love that I can fold it in half and use the touchscreen.
