Not using for higher math problems, graphic illustrations, etc. Works great for everyday uses such as checking/sending email, searching the internet, letter writing, and editing photographs. Easy to setup and operate.

This computer is so smooth, like a cadillac compared to my other old one. It's summer and i wont get to it as much but when i do it's feels like great quality. Faster, clear and enjoyable

PROS: Gorgeous (if a bit glossy) screen; lightweight; one of the fastest processors available -- for now; CONS: No RJ-45 input; Windows 11 software still unstable; surprisingly poor graphics. I had high hopes for this model. I ordered it July 4, 2022 -- and Best Buy delivered it the next day. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there. It's clear that HP and W11 still don't play nice together -- this computer, like other HPs I've tried, has various issues with W11 instability. But unlike the others, I was able to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 (version 21H2) on this model with ease -- and that all but eliminated most software issues. But, to my eyes, the much bigger problem is the graphics component. I don't buy computers willy nilly -- I do a lot of research beforehand. In researching this laptop, I found two credible websites that indicated the AMD Ryzen 5 5625u processor is supposed to come with a powerful iGPU -- Radeon RX Vega 7 graphics, with up to 2 GB of VRAM. Nope. This model comes with only a standard graphics card -- and just 512 mb of VRAM. My eyes clearly see the difference between such a card -- and my other computer with 2 GB of VRAM. There's no legitimate reason why a computer normally retailing for $800 has such a comparatively poor graphics package. If you're less picky about graphics performance, this may well be a fine laptop for you. But if you are more selective about such things -- then you may want to wait for the forthcoming Ryzen 6000 series models.

This laptop has been nothing short of amazing. It has so many features, it’s touchscreen, comes with Alexa, folks like a tablet and is compatible with all my devices. I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

A great laptop, very sleek, very fast, very nice keyboard for typing. Handles everything I use it for and that's mostly schoolwork and writing. It also works decently for light gaming.
