Great HP product! Lightweight model but a heavyweight at processing a workload!

Good product and very reasonable to purchase. Recommend this for budget buyers.

Brought this for my wife as a open box for $433 and then had $40 in Best Buy rewards so for a original Price of $799 now cant beat it with a stick ! May not have the fastest or greatest processor ram or hardrive but more than enought for what i do on it. ( No gaming). The screen is really nice also being a touchscreen is a change. Being able to fold it over like a pad is really a great option. Sound on it is better than my $1400 gaming computer. A lit keybord on top of it. Glad with the purchase.

We purchased this as a gift for our mom. She is loving the touch screen and ability to fold back into a tablet without losing the durability and screen size. Great buy!

So far so good, not sure if the battery lasts as stated but I like the simple set up and ease of using bio recognition for logging in.

Affordable and powerful laptop. The SSD allows it to be very fast and its touch screen makes it comfortable to use.

Overall it’s an OK laptop but not really amazing at this price point ($500) considering other alternatives. This laptop sacrifices in some areas to provide a touchscreen, which for me isn’t that necessary. I ended up returning this and picking up a Lenovo with a 5825u, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD for $550. However it’s not a bad laptop by any means. If you just want some thing low powered with good CPU and a touchscreen this is a great computer. I stated below graphics are limited to only 512 MB which is a dealbreaker for me. Pros: It does have a touchscreen display which is nice and a good Zen 3 processor. It does have two ram slots which can be upgraded fairly easily. SSD is also easily upgraded. Cons: HP has limited the video memory to only 512 MB in the bios is in accessible to the user to change. Unfortunately this is a dealbreaker for me because the system is capable of much more. I have a 3200u system that’s able to access all 2 GB possible and it’s really a shame that the graphics have been limited. The speakers are absolutely terrible, just really lacking.

I am a mac user , but need a pc to learn DATA science, and HP ENVY is good enough to run the application such as python, MYSQL, R studio etc.

I like this laptop. It works well with Windows. Only downside is the screen brightness its 300nits and bit dim for my liking. 400 Would be nice. Otherwise I still use this laptop as an ubuntu server. Fyi the soundcard won't work with ubuntu, I found that you need to install latest kernel to make the sound work.

This computer meets my needs and is a great improvement over my previous HP computer. Vivid color. Decent speed. Comfortable keyboard.
