Great computer for school!! It’s not loud and the screen is really clear. It’s not slow and it had good memory storage for school.

The computer's performance is great! However, after 3 years, I have to replace it. The hinge has broken and I am unable to replace it without sending it out with HP or Best Buy because it requires the whole screen to be replaced too. I'm a full-time college student, and this is very inconvenient because it would take almost a month to get my laptop fixed and sent back to me. Not to mention, with what they would charge me, I could just buy a new laptop instead. Apparently, this is a very common problem in these laptops because of the way these hinges are. So take my advice: the computer may look and work amazing, but this very likey will happen to you too, so get something else with better hinges.

I got this laptop for my son in college and he loves it!. The speed is pretty fast when its connected to wifi. Its very easy to you and light to carry. The display very sharp.

I love my laptop it is touch screen and it is perfect for what I need to do. It has the perfect storage room. It connects to my WiFi steamless. This is exactly what I needed.

Runs fast! Very impressed with the keyboard and lightweight smaller power adaptor. I thought about getting a much more expensive laptop bit this one works great for home and work use.

Whether it’s an HP or Windows problem, this laptop is not worth the investment. I’ve had it for over 2 years now and it has had the same issue since I set it up on day one. The keyboard will stop working randomly. It happened the day I was setting it up and I should have returned it. However, the problem seemed random and irregular so I kept it. Occasionally, it seems the issue is indicative of a needed and available Windows update and resolves itself after restart. Other times, an update is not available, restarts don’t help, and it MAY go back to working after a few days. I’ve tried Windows troubleshooter, uninstalling/installing/updating drivers, cleaning the keyboard, etc. Nothing concrete fixes the issue. I’ve found online that it’s a common problem with this model. I do NOT recommend.

It’s been a great laptop. In the beginning, I had issues with the keyboard shutting off, but haven’t had that anymore. Great for work and school. Also had an amazing discount

Computer is great but after a year of use the piece that helps the screen open and close broke on one side. Cracked the screen just by trying to put the screen up. Can still use it a little but no touch screen now. The piece that broke was attached to the inside on the screen cover but popped out. Great product otherwise
