My daughter bought this for school, as she has an older Envy and really liked it. The previous pictures advertised at time of purchase showed a numeric keypad, which was a big selling point for her. Much to her disappointment when she opened the box, not the laptop that was pictured, hence 4 stars. It's fast enough and works well but she really wanted the numeric keypad. She spoke with a few customer service people who merely apologized for the "false advertising" and moved on. Best Buy did end up offering her some dollars back so that was nice enough.

Bought is on sale at a great discount. It fits light use like office, web browsing etc. Satisfied with it so far.

After using this laptop for a some time, I’m very happy with this purchase. It is super fast and has a great screen with crisp display. Like the flip feature where screen flips for use as a tablet. I got this on a sale and it’s a great value for the money

Awesome laptop. Touchscreen nice. Lighted keyboard nice. Very responsive and fast. Came from a Chromebook and before that a desktop using a low end pentium processor so that is like going from a Toyota Prius to a Ferrari for me. Normally $799, got on sale for $499 and had best buy points which knocked price down even further. No regrets here.

Works great, does exactly what i need it to. I bought this to use to stream my nintendo and it works.

I have used an Apple computer for about 9 yrs, but wanted a cheaper slternative. I’vr owed several HP in the past and currently use one fir work. I reslly like the feel of it. Comfortable key board, wide detachable screen, etc… but i am very tempted to throw it out snd ho back to the mac. Constantly freezes. Low light and low volume even at max. I am not enjoying the experience!
