Good option for the price

It was the best option for specs and quality I could find at this price. But it is still pretty heavy and wish the screen wasnt so thick and wish they would just center the keys instead of put that column of keys on the right. Also kind of hard to open as the springs are strong (which is good), needs a groove or something to more easily get finger in there to open.

Laptop repair - per Geek Squad unrepairable

The young man with the beautiful tattoos at Geek Squad customer service at the Alexandria LA location was awesome and very helpful. He was so patient with me when I contacted the Geek squad in Mexico where my laptop was sent for repair. Thank you Best Buy for hiring a person who is a right fit for your Geek Squad customer service team.

Apple to PC laptop
