    I do not like the elimination of the 10 key pad. I do not like all the junk that Micrsoft is continually sending me things I did not request. How can I block the from sending me Edge and other junk that they are trying to peddle ? As well as trying to save my passwords they are trying ro force me to comply with their wishes. It is my computer and not Microsofts

    I hate it when my laptops die. Hunt for one that I can afford, check out the reviews, how fast can I get it, how many hours will to take to get it up and running... And I found the Envy at Best Buy with the lowest price I could find. Bought it on line and drove to the store to pick it up. A few hours later, I had transferred files and putting it to work.

    Great laptop! The keyboard is great and very responsive. Would buy all over again but this time I wish I would have gotten the one with a number pad instead but I couldn't pass up the deal. I think my wife is even jealous of the quality of laptop that this is. Even when it's closed it looks high quality and sleek.

    The computer is very nice, however, I contacted The Geek Squad and he did not provide me with the info I asked for. So now I have to make an appt and come in to get what I was asking for in the first place. Also, I had told the Geek Squad that my name is not Raelene Webb, I got married, it is Raelene Grida, and has been for 2 years now
