I ignored those complaining about the 10 key not being in the picture. That's an issue with BEST BUY not the laptop itself. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

The one I purchased was a returned product without a charger though, and had too many pop up notifications from the laptop to make using it fully enjoyable. If it wasnt for these two issues, this laptop would get both 5 stars, and I would have kept it. However, it did have these issues, so I returned it to best buy

Have had for a year and no issues. Resolution good for streaming Sometimes the speed is low. Not sure it is the laptop or the internet service. Suspect it is more of an internet issue

I have been having a battery drainage issue over the last year. Needs to be consistently charged. Other then that, GREAT laptop

The speed of the system and the look of the laptop was a great fit for our teenager. The price was fair and we had no issues with picking it up at our local Best Buy. Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is a really good laptop, the construction is very nice, just the bumpers on the bottom need to be a little more modular, because me thinking what HP normally does and makes those bumpers really spongy, this model they were not, so now I have a stretched piece that is basically dangling because hp failed with engineering.
