Best value for money laptop, it has everything which is needed in normal household. Screen rotate all the way, tent mode is good for watching movies, processor is fast enough to perform office tasks, watching movies and browsing.

I would like to give a GIANT shoutout to Diego at the Geek Squad who did long (computer) training on 12/24/22. He was exceptional! It made the transition to the new computer painless. Diago was patient, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. Way to go Geek Quad and Best Buy for hiring employees like Diego.

I bought this computer for my boyfriend because his MacBook was dated. It’s so fast, easy to use, and the touchscreen is nice for taking notes in class. I loved using his so much I bought one for myself too.

Well built and fast laptop. The face recognition is really nice and not available on all HP systems so this was a surprise. Boots up fast and has really good response time in applications. The charging cord plugs in like a phone. I would like to see a better charging setup, but it works!!

I am really enjoying using this laptop. The touchscreen is great and I can use an hp pen. I have not loaded all my software but I am hoping I will be able to have the same similar speed once it is included.

I bought this Laptop as a gift for my girl, she loved it . She used to have a chrome book with limitations for work so when I got her this Laptop it opened the doors for her to do more things . Also the table feature is very convenient.

Good quality graphics, bad quality materials. Lost 2 screws and the screen glitches out, this is my 2nd year having it

I bought this for my daughter at the age of 10, I know it sounds crazy, but she’s 13 now and still uses it and it still works awesome like new ! I highly recommend this brand.

I love this laptop. It is excellent. The casing is aluminum which makes it very sturdy. The screen is gorilla glass. It is very fast. I bought two thats how much i love it!

I had a 7 year old hp laptop it was well taken care of, but i had to retire it because it was too slow and buggy and this new laptop is just crazy with great looking quality graphic. Runs Minecraft smoothly for my son and the touch screen is the major Improvement as well the 360 opening.
