This was a beneficial purchase for schooling. When I went to shop for it I had excellent help. Still learning to try different things and use the benefits that come with this particular device.

Great computer. Lightweight compared to my last computer. Easy to navigate. Love the touch screen and i love the way the keyboard flips backwards to maximize space.

Still very new, but so far so good! The sound quality on the speakers is above average. The grip to open the laptop isn't as good as some, but no problems. Otherwise it's working great, just need to get used to another device!

Overall Excellent, with the exception of the charging port! I lost a great deal of data, not being able to transfer from the inoperable laptop.

Decent computer but the keyboard stopped working after 3 months. Only certain keys. Called HP and they sent me a larger memory upgrade!!! HP stands behind thier products!

This is a good value for the cost. So buying it on sale is an added plus. The item is thin but seems to be fragile. I need to buy a cover for it because it is lightweight. The screen is bright and the display is vivid.

I loved this computer but I ultimately ended up returning mine and getting an iPad for a smaller more on the go machine. If you are using this as your main computer and on the go it’s perfect

It's great functionality, but it does a weird thing when I close it without shutting it down. I normally have to restart it because it won't let me use the keyboard after.

touch screen backlight and small. I love this laptop. The only thing that is wrong is the battery life sucks and there is no number key pad

It’s honestly a great laptop, looks and feels great. only real complaints i have is the speakers aren’t really that loud, and the keyboard doesn’t light up at night. that’s literally all, overall it’s a fantastic laptop.

The good first. Price was great. Love the feel of the keyboard, and overall speed of the processor. Nice display, colors are sharp and vibrant. Also, battery life is great. Now the bad, and reason for two stars. Twice the mediatek driver has freaked out for no reason, meaning I couldn't access my wifi network. One of the times, it couldn't find any wifi network, as if it didn't exist. Those were both relatively easy fixes, once I understood what was going on. However I did have to take it into Best Buy one of the times. On a computer just a few months old that shouldn't be happening. The other issue was a repeated error message on start up. The laptop just went into this continuous circle of rebooting. That issue magically fixed itself for unknown reasons. It's out of warranty so I am stuck with it, and hopefully the gremlins have left. We shall see.

Have not used yet. Bought it because it was $549. A few days later it went up to $700 or more. Last laptop was a surface for $1300 & started giving me problems at 3 yrs old. Still get that one to work sometimes but best buy can't send it out for repair. If I had known that I would not have bought it. So bought this new one for when I need a laptop to actually work without failing. Don't want to be left without a laptop at all. Can't spend that kind of money every 3 yrs so bought this one. IT HAS WINDOWS 11 which is why I have not used yet. Geek squad came out to get everything programmed and transferred old desktop info into this one.

This HP Envy x360 line is fantastic. I rarely use the touch screen but it's nice. The Radeon processor is fantastic, better than the i5. The laptop is a little heavy but it is very robust.
