The good first. Price was great. Love the feel of the keyboard, and overall speed of the processor. Nice display, colors are sharp and vibrant. Also, battery life is great. Now the bad, and reason for two stars. Twice the mediatek driver has freaked out for no reason, meaning I couldn't access my wifi network. One of the times, it couldn't find any wifi network, as if it didn't exist. Those were both relatively easy fixes, once I understood what was going on. However I did have to take it into Best Buy one of the times. On a computer just a few months old that shouldn't be happening. The other issue was a repeated error message on start up. The laptop just went into this continuous circle of rebooting. That issue magically fixed itself for unknown reasons. It's out of warranty so I am stuck with it, and hopefully the gremlins have left. We shall see.

This HP Envy x360 line is fantastic. I rarely use the touch screen but it's nice. The Radeon processor is fantastic, better than the i5. The laptop is a little heavy but it is very robust.

Have not used yet. Bought it because it was $549. A few days later it went up to $700 or more. Last laptop was a surface for $1300 & started giving me problems at 3 yrs old. Still get that one to work sometimes but best buy can't send it out for repair. If I had known that I would not have bought it. So bought this new one for when I need a laptop to actually work without failing. Don't want to be left without a laptop at all. Can't spend that kind of money every 3 yrs so bought this one. IT HAS WINDOWS 11 which is why I have not used yet. Geek squad came out to get everything programmed and transferred old desktop info into this one.

Like the option to use without the actual keyboard. Easy to use. Like the lightweight and the battery duration. Replaced a work computer.

This is a great value laptop and build quality is excellent. Well this isn't the highest expect laptop it's good enough and the price I was able to purchase it at, I couldn't resist

very slick, lightweight and does its job. No problem with streaming videos and web browsing. Does not lag, have been using for over a year now.

Been using this laptop for a while now and i have to say its been geeat so far. Very versatile, I do a lot of emails and excel sheets with a touch of photography. Great value laptop.

I absolutely cherish my Envy…it’s so slim, that I can’t put it between the seat and console in the car…it really helps with my school assignments and my catering business!!!!

Love this laptop it’s very fast and keeps charge a long time and I can flip it to a tablet if I need to to finish my work.

This laptop is amazing and exactly what I needed for work and recreation! The versatility of turning in to a tablet is very cool!

Good computer and works great so far. Mainly use it for work. Only issue is if you just close laptop and reopen it seems to run a bit slower. Have to restart laptop to get rid of little lag.

So, about a week after setting up my new laptop, I had a problem every time the screen saver came on, the keyboard and mouse stopped working and only the screen worked. I called HP customer service and it took 3 days with multiple calls lasting quite a while to fix. They tried several things and after they wiped my computer and reinstalled Windows it was fixed. I'm just waiting now to see if it lasts. Customer Service was great, they didn't leave me hanging, and called back every time they said they would. Other than that glitch, I'm very happy with my new laptop.

I use it for everything! It’s my favorite laptop ever purchased. I highly recommend shopping from Best BuY for computers!

Overall this a great laptop for the general user. Really good cpu and specs. BUT I feel we need to move on with specs. Its like how a few years ago we were stuck with 1TB laptop but slow hard drives. Now we're on SSD but stuck on 256GB and 8GB ram. You know you'll probably need to upgrade ram and ssd.

Best computer i have had in a long time. Will keep using this computer till its last days. I am very happy for the help that was given as well when getting the computer

I have owned 5 laptops over the past 20 years and my HP Envy 360 laptop is one of the best laptops I have ever owned.
