So far, so good, but the laptop I bought last month has a hard drive that makes noise and pages don't load. I have not used new laptop long enough to rate.

Love the Laptop, easy to use and a lot faster than my old dell, which was a number of years old.

Bought ny new laptop and it does so much more than i need at this point. I love all the features it has and look forward to using many of them in my daily work and life.

Great laptop! Had a chance to open it up a few days ago and it was easy,fast, and not to heavy. Feels great. Keyboard lights up as well. Great picture

This is the most average laptop I've ever owned. Considering the cost I would absolutely not buy another. As kind of a side issue it's odd that HP would change minor details such as the power port being on the right side as opposed to the left, and the sound jack being on the left instead of the right. I know, nitpicking. In any case an absolutely average piece of equipment that should cost about $250 less than it does.

Great computer! I wish I had gotten more memory but the price difference was a bit steep. the touch screen can be finnicky but mostly very good!

lighter weight for transporting. ease of use with the touch screen (never had this option on older laptops)

The processing power of the laptop is phenomenal, especially if you’re a student needing to multitask or a digital artist using larger and more involved programs. You need to get a seperate pen from HP if you want to draw on this. Big screen makes a nice viewing experiance for digital streaming, handles Discord streams pretty well.

it's a little difficult to get used to how "touchy" it is (I was used to a bit larger key board, so sometimes I'm hitting things I don't mean to) but I think over time it will be ok

This little powerhouse is EVERYTHING my teen son wanted and more than we both expected! I’m so happy for him. An early graduation present indeed!

I had a fifteen year old laptop that finally went off the rails and I had to purchase a new one. It was intimidating because technology had really changed. However, choosing another HP was the right thing to do. I really like it and find something new that it does everyday. The speed with which it does thing is great. I had a really helpful Best Buy salesman and a really patient Geek Squad Tech which really made it a successful purchase.

I bought it for my mom and she loves it. No problems and the 2 in 1 feature is perfect for when she watches movies on the go traveling.

Works well. Keep getting prompts to get an antivirus protection. Thought for what I paid that it would come with protective software already.

Bought it from Best Buy after shopping around because it suit it what I was looking for. It was the price and had the software and hardware the I needed.

Overall it’s a very good laptop I would definitely recommend it

My new computer is fantastic. Easy to boot up and it's ready to go. It’s compatible with Microsoft Office and that even more of a plus.
