Love this laptop. Only a 1 star due to the mouse pad functionality. It isn’t as smooth. I use a mouse as an alternative. Overall great!

Good value machine, i ended up upgrading the ram for maximum value. Laptop was for my mother, handles word processing and web surfing with ease.

The HP Envy is a very effective, powerful and easy to use device. It took a few minutes for me to determine how to turn on backlighting, but that was the biggest issue. I miss having a video port, but adapted.

Overall is good, except if often occurs a little glitch when restart or open with a black screen, seems like trying to reopen some app fail...

Excellent laptop, very fast to boot up. Also screen windows go back and forth very well.

I like to use my computer when I turn off my lights. The keys light up in the dark so, I know what I am typing.

Great computer for work. Speeds are fast. Love the touchscreen. However it lacks a illuminated keyboard.

I have a lot of pop ups and Microsoft keeps telling me to complete up dates. No one said anything about the up dates or if I am to do other things for the set up.
