The HP Envy x360 Touch-screen works great. Screen is clear and the laptop is quick. I use a wireless mouse which saves time and works great. I do not play games on the laptop, so not sure of the speed for games.

Honestly regretting ever buying this computer. Back in 2022 I decided to give HP a chance when purchasing a new laptop for college. I have always been someone who takes good care of my electronics and will often have them for multiple years until they are way too old to keep up with current technology or fail simply for being old. So, I didn’t think anything would go wrong. Well I was wrong. Two months in some of the keys were falling off. Every other day my computer would randomly decide to update, which was very anxiety provoking when I was about to take an exam. Recently, my computer decided to die on me without any warning (when I was in summer school). After taking it to a computer shop it was discovered that one of the fans wasn’t working. Got that repaired and thought it would be good. Not even a hour after getting it fixed I received a 90b fan cooling error any time I open my computer. I know the person I took it to is creditable and has sent me updates on everything and has gone as far as spending hours researching potential causes. It’s been a very frustrating experience. As a student I don’t have the money or the time to constantly be dealing with my computer failing.

Exactly what I paid for, good screen size and picture quality for editing, processing power runs photoshop and other Adobe programs, bonus features add to value.
