Great laptop for what everyday use not for gaming.

My granddaughter got this for her communication course in college! She loves it and it does a lot of things more expensive laptops do. And of course the price was right!! College kids on a budget this is the one for you!

Overall a decent laptop, its just too heavy for everyday use

I've been having some problems with the laptop. At times I lose the audio. Also there have been some issues when I close the lid it makes beeping noises. I've contacted tech-support, and haven't been very satisfied with the help that I've been given.

This laptop is perfect for college students (such as myself) who want a balance between price and performance. This laptop also has the ability to run games pretty decently such as Fortnite, Fall Guys, GTA 5, and more.

I'm still in a learning mode coming from a 10 year old laptop.

Love it the only issue was the image shows a number pad but the laptop doesn't have it

This is a good laptop if you’re looking for one to do email, internet and other ordinary tasks. Not sure on the Microsoft office products as I don’t need them but I’m sure it would handle them just fine.

No CD drive not available. I may purchase a p[ug-in

Excellent laptop, fast, easy set up. Geek squad aided in setup and moving data from old laptop to new laptop. Easy to use, keyboard light touch, has camera off/on switch screen size is just right.

I love this computer! It is even better than I expected for the price. It has a touch screen, Alexa and totally folds so it is like you are using a tablet or iPad. Five stars for this HP ENVY!

The weight is a lot heavier than Iexpected to heavy

I love this laptop but it does horrible with gaming and is barely better if you're running two programs at once. If you are looking at this laptop for anything other than browsing, then I would move on. The battery doesn't last a whole day or probably even half a day. It had a magnificent display and graphics and it is extremely sharp.

Touch pad is too sensitive. It selects items while sliding finger lightly on the pad. About half the time the Wi-Fi doesn’t work after starting the computer. Running trouble shooter gets it working. Battery life is short compared to my Toshiba laptop.

I have just started using the laptop because of issues connecting to the internet. I also can't find files that were supposed to have been transferred from my previous computer. Will not open with the correct orientation. So far, I am not impressed.

So far this is everything and I wanted and needed. I use it solely for crafting and it has served its purpose well. I love the touch screen. I love that it folds up to use as a tablet.

This computer is amazing, I previously had a brand new lenovo yoga that took a crap within 6 days and Best Buy was quick to help me so kindly with no issue on replacing to the wonderful hp

My 1st laptop and this HP ENVY is great! I am catching on to the changes much faster than I thought. The screen is nice and large and beautiful clear images. It boots up instantly. I love it.

A little on the heavy side i really like the metallic feel to it the touchscreen has been really great, it has usb c charger an SD slot and earbud socket 2 regular usb connection and a hdmi port

I have only had the new computer for a few days and am working on learning the Windows program. So far everything seems fine. It was well priced when compared to various computer options
