I purchased the laptop for my wife for her new job! The laptop works perfectly for her since she’s always on it at the office, and even uses it quite often for home use. The screen quality and slim design makes this device perfect for on the go.

This is my son's favorite laptop. He originally wanted a macbook but we found this one for a great price and he has been super pleased with it.

This laptop has been great. Super fast. Very nice. Very smooth. And has been great so far. I wish the battery lasted a little longer. But other than that it’s been great. I love the backlight key board and the touch screen as well.

I am using this laptop now for more than 6 months and i love the performance of this laptop. The paptop is super fast. I havent installed any big softwares but the ones for my coding. It works really well. Revommend to everyone.

This is an amazing computer!!!! Especially for the price! The screen is super sharp with great color and it is always fast. I used it for work and it never let me down! I highly recommend it!

I thought this computer would be a good fit for me. It would, if it worked well – but IT DOES NOT work well – it constantly freezes up just trying to open a folder. I LIKE: • The backlit keyboard is easy to see and very comfortable for me to type on. • The processor seems fast enough - when it's not totally stuck. • It has nice speakers (although they face DOWN onto your lap - a POOR design & a waste of good speakers.) • It looks good! I DON'T LIKE: • The speakers face downward, under the body. Very muffled if you have it on your lap or a soft surface. There are FAKE speaker grills on the keyboard side, that make you think there are top-facing speakers, but this is a FAKE-out. There are no speakers there, they are just openings to let some sound and air out of the body. • The Deal breaker is this computer cannot perform BASIC WINDOWS FUNCTIONS without freezing up. I try to open folders in Documents and Windows explore just freezes - I can’t search, or scroll, or open a document -this goes on for 2-3 minutes! This is a BRAND NEW COMPUTER! This is completely unacceptable, to wait 2-3 minutes to open a folder! • This laptop has a large touchpad that seems to be programmed in a very specific manner that is not documented anywhere! This makes it very difficult to do basic functions, like clicking and dragging to select text in a document. You have to click down in very specific areas of the touchpad to make this work. And if you touch the wrong area, you can easily open or close or reformat your document without meaning to. (Some of this might be able to be altered in advanced settings, but I have been typing using touchpads for many years, and have never had such trouble with basic functions.) So I can’t really recommend this computer – it looks like a good package for the price, but does not perform smoothly day to day.

Lightweight. I love the touch screen, which makes using it so much easier. Lots of storage. I used it while in college and now using it for my work computer.

This is a nice laptop. The touch screen that I didn't think I needed has ended up being an awesome feature. I use the laptop daily for school and really haven't had any issues. I would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the touchpad is pretty big and it moves the cursor quite often when I'm typing. Thanks to ctrl z, it's easy enough to fix as long as I notice right away. It boots up pretty quickly, pulls up programs and websites fast, no issues at all. I think having an SSD really helps. I believe I can add more RAM, but haven't had a need to do so yet. The black color is pretty cool also, different than all the silver laptops. It does have the option to flip the screen all the way back to be like a tablet, but I'm not sure why I would ever need to do that. Overall very satisfied with it and definitely recommend. I bought it as an open box, so I got a pretty good deal on it also.

Very light 2 and 1 laptop. I take this everywhere I go. I also bought a stylus and it works amazing on this laptop. I use the laptop for digital drawings and my craft projects all the time. Also very reasonable price.

Really good laptop honestly! It’s pretty fast in it’s own way and is as good as I need it to be! But I was also shocked that it can even run games and multiple apps really fast all at the same time. Really recommend it for all!

I have three of these laptops for my company work perfectly out in the community very light. The speed is excellent. Have not had a problem. I have two of them for two years and just got another one. Really recommend.

A great value for the money. This HP model is thin and portable. The inner components of the computer has the performance and speed of a more expensive computer at a moderate price! I like the touch screen function!

Love my HP ENVY x360 Laptop. Very quick, battery is good and the quality of the screen is amazing. Keyboard lights up and it’s touch screen. Very satisfied for my needs. No regrets on the purchase and bought when it was on sale.

Glad i didn't get the mac. The fact that i can fold and flip, genuineness. The touch screen, prefect. The lightweight, can't even complain. Best laptop and not too expensive.

I work as a Tier 2 tech on computers so it takes me forever to pick anything up as I over research it. My wife needed a computer to run the cricut software and a touchscreen was going to help. I researched all of the different brands and options for a 2-in-1 laptop for the price I was willing to spend. Pros: AMD Ryzen 5 5625U is a reliable and fast processor. It's perfect midranged for any PC. Wi-Fi 6E (2x2) and Bluetooth combo is the new normal and it's quick and has less issues then prior version 360° geared hinge: is really strong and I don't worry about it breaking with constant use Cons: 8 gb memory - most companies are trying to save money by only offering 8gb and while I do suggest 16 for the price 8 is good. I want to add that unlike other competitors this laptop does not have the memory attached to the board with sauder. It also has a 2nd memory slot so it's easy to upgrade (If you know what your doing). I did put it as a negative because they added 2x4gb chips so you have to get a full replacement or just upgrade to 12gb when you do. Neutral: 256 GB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD is not the best drive due to the size. Most people won't have an issue with it and it can be upgraded. It is a fast little drive but 512 is really the min I would suggest. Check out the Samsung 980 or 980 EVO drives they are an amazing upgrade with quick boot. Graphics: AMD Radeon Graphics - This is a good built in graphics and for the price it's all you really can get. It's not gamer level but it is consumer level. Just know what you are buying and don't expect to run your games at 4k. Overall: I would really suggest this laptop for most consumers. It is not a gaming laptop but it's not meant to be one. If you are looking for school, work, or pretty much anything expect for gaming or programming this will suit your needs. The biggest plus is unlike the Dell and Lenovo 2-in-1 you can upgrade because of how it was built. Solid laptop I would suggest.

No complaints with it. We weren’t looking for a powerhouse laptop, just something basic. Mainly use it for typing and browsing the internet. But it does it’s job. It’s thin enough to hide away from toddlers, and it’s light.
