    I was able to pick this laptop up when it was on sale. It has performed very well for that price and I would have paid full price for this if I had to. The 360 Rotation of the screen is smooth and strong. You are going to get a little bit of screen wabble when using the touch screen but nothing outlandish. Overall a great value at its normal price, and a must buy when in sale.

    I retired my last HP after 12 years. Not because the old girl died, but because I’m building a freelance writing career and this purchase was insurance for the road ahead. I wanted more storage space, built-in Alexa (some jazz fusion always gets my head going), and long-term reliability. I got all that and more. For LESS than my careful budget allocated! Thanks Best Buy!

    So far this has been a positive purchase. I had an older laptop that was very slow. I went to Best Buy (Shamokin Dam) on Black Friday and was waited on within a very reasonable time. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me this laptop, explained why this was what I was looking for and I made my decision to purchase it. Good decision for me!
