    First time I ever had an issue with an HP device and this was a doozy. Bought it, configured it, Did Microsoft updates, HP Updates and set it up for the customer. The next day the customer said the machine would not power on? After an hour on the phone w HP, we suspected a bad power cord, which turned out not to be the issue. No lights on the motherboard. Thankfully my Best Buy coverage (that I have been paying for for 5 years with all laptops and printers), made it possible for them able to send it out and replace the CMOS battery. Why it died or stoipped I will never know. I will take a loss on this account for the customer, but it did get fixed after 2 weeks. I needed to upgrade the customer to a much better Victus laptop!

    The sales associate wes very knowledgeable and helpful. He discussed the benefits of the laptop compared to others that we were looking at. He explained everything and knew the products very well. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but would recognize him. I will recommend everyone i know looking for a laptop to go to best buy.
