    I'm really excited. I really love this laptop <3. I came from using a Macbook and I'm very glad that I went back to windows. I had purchased my husband the 2021 version of this laptop and he loves it. So nice to not have to use dongles and things like that when you want to use external drives and things like that

    Laptop as a whole is nice. Thin, light, looks good and from a functionality standpoint, it meets all my needs. A good value for the hardware. The only con is I expected the backlit keyboard. In the specs, it states non-adjustable backlit keyboard. That was one of the few main reasons I bought it. Would have caught this if I had seen it at a store.

    I had an HP Envy that served me well for several years. My dog pulled it off the table and broke it. I pieced it back togethere with tape and clips and it was goodto go for quite a while longer. Alas, the screen finally cracked, and put an end to it. I hope this new Envy is as good as that one was!

    My old laptop literally died with no warning so I replaced it with a newer model of the same HP Envy. Geek Squad was able to transfer all of my files and most of my programs to the new machine. Very happy with my purchase and the service.
